Clothing items that appear to be textured are just photo realistically printed. A hat that looks knitted in the photo is smooth and flat, a picture of knitting. (Also hats are always non returnable.) an item that looks in the picture to have felted wool and sewn applicays is smooth and printed (quite poorly printed when you get close) you are not getting what you see in the pictures either through illusion or swapping for lower quality items.
I found it to be the easiest website to shop for and it has a great selection of clothing. I just made my first purchase, it is exciting to receive it so quickly!

Shipments come piecemeal or not at all — 15 days to ship back each item... not when whole order arrives. And since when are smalls from China so huge! No consistency in sizing. I would reconsider your time and money w this brand.
