How could they have gotten my items to me had I ordered them with just my first name, street address, city but no state of zip included. Ya best to say no thanks and move on. I bought this for my wife as a gift, it is suppose to be a x-large but I doubt that it is even a large. The description and the reviews call this a sweatshirt. The picture looks like is heaver material but this is very thin T-shirt material. When I went on site to leave a review, I was not able to. I had my wife open this early she agreed that it is not sweatshirt material and that it is not a normal x-large, which should be baggy on her. I just verily fit and she wants to keep it.
I ordered a sweater to give to my wife for her birthday. I ordered the size of other sweaters in her closet. When her birthday came and she tried it on it was too small. When I asked for a refund or exchange neither was available. I had to wait weeks for delivery but was only given two weeks from delivery to ask for a return. If you are buying something as a gift beware you may not have time to meet their arbitrary terms. Gift giving and slow delivery and return timeline makes it impossible to work with them.

Placed an order on December 14th, I did not receive the first items until Jan 4th, the rest came on or around the 15th so missed the entire holiday season. Te items were of poor quality, the earrings broke upon removing from the packaging. Also, the apparel items were not representative of what was advertised, not even close. I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of, will never use again.

The only easy thing was ordering and paying! I was so excited to find plus size clothes that were stylish, inexpensive and didn't look like they came from my grandmother's closet! I'd have been better off with her moo moos! They did warn that due to covid there MIGHT be a slight increase in delivery time but I never expected it to take over a month, and I still haven't received everything! The items that did come were such horrible quality I would be embarrassed to wear anything except the plain tshirts I purchased which by the way I ordered 2 sizes bigger and are still too tight! The "winter coat", I also ordered 2 sizes larger than usual ( to be able to wear a sweater underneath) it would have split across the back... if I could even get it on! Not to mention the fabric was a joke, flimsy, thin fabric with cheap fleece! The rest of the items were equally sized and as cheaply made. I will say the pictures were incredibly deceiving... everything looks so good when you put a 3x on a girl who's 5'10" and
125 lbs. with beautiful hair and make up! One more thing, Customer service was NO help! The first 3 or 4 responses to my emails I would swear were computer generated. Not until I insisted on dealing with a "real" person do I think I actually got a response from a human being! Believe me, I have better things to do than write reviews, though I think they are quite useful... when they aren't written by the company... which has to be the case; one site even had a posted message that said some of their reviews were pulled off for being scetchy.(not the word they used) If I can save one person from the aggravation I went through... it'll be worth my time!

Very difficult to use site on phone. I almost gave up and am not sure my order is correct. I never received an estimated delivery date, so I was surprised when the items arrived. However, I don't like the quality. I was expecting a "sweatshirt ", not basketball jersey-type fabric. I take responsibility for that. I probably should've read the fine print and better. However I don't like it
