I have had the most HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE time dealing with lilicloh. I placed my order on November 30 th and it is now December 21 and half of my items have still not arrived. I would not refer ANYONE friends or family to deal with this company. There is NO phone number in the website to call all I can do is check my status of the order which is a joke. To put it mildly THEY SUCK!
It was great. I'm happy with my order. It actually looks like what I ordered and very nice. Thankyou. I will use your company again
I could not be more disappointed. Am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. Will not order from this company again. I ordered a Christmas present for my sister on November, 27,2020. I never received an order confirmation and when I tried to confirm my order there was no way to do so. On December 17, I received a shipping confirmation that stated the item I ordered and shipped was a size Small. I ordered an XL because my sister weighs over 200 #s. As soon as I received the shipping info I attempted to contact the company and got no response. There is no telephone # to call so I emailed them again. Here is their response to me, I copied and pasted below exactly as typed in their email:

I will not reorder as the exact same problem could occur. They take no responsibility and I'm expected to pay for shipping both ways. If they had sent an immediate order confirmation this all could have been avoided.

The clothes here are of excellent quality, exactly as on the website, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is not having more money to buy more =)
My new sweater is elegant and unique. I ordered this sweater in white and was worried it would be too white, but wanted it to match the lace. Turns out, ivory is the perfect color for this sweater. I am very excited to wear it, I love the website and its clothes!

The buying experience was fine, only there's always a gap between what you see online and what you actually get. I got some of what i wanted--cool, soft nightwear with no seams or fussiness. The fabric is almost icy in feeling, good for summer when I was thinking winter. Sleeves a bit short & the neck label is itchy--why do we still need those?

After reading (probably fake) reviews that said sizing was correct, I ordered one size larger than usual so 2XL. It's supposed to be loose but it fits like a leotard. It is so tight that it's uncomfortable... I'm very disappointed to say the least!

The product you sell that I received is nothing like the product pictures that you have on your web site. Colors are different than pictured, fabric is not cotton as stated and quality of stitching and product is cheap and poor. Did you think no one would notice? I would like to return all items. I ordered $107 worth of clothing and a pair of shoes. Pics showed sweaters, ( I ordered) When it came, over 30 days later, it was thin material and hung on me like I weighed 250 lbs. I weigh 130. Shoes were huge, so wide, way bigger than myself 9. A cute sweatshirt I ordered, with lettering had paint spots missing in the letters, as well as rough edges sticking out. I ordered light blue sweatshirt for my granddaughter, it was Royal Blue. I sent all back, but kept the sweatshirt with bad sewing and paint missing.
I sent it to a San Francisco address, cost me $20 to return. I had tracking, knew when it arrived, within the 15 day return policy! No email, no refund. I had only taken 1 item out of package, held it up, returned to plastic wrapping.
I emailed the company finally, they respond i did not send to CHINA, where it has to be returned to! I replied, asking if the items will be returned to me. Heck, maybe I can give away to my senior neighbors. NOPE, IT WONT BE RETURNED! I paid $107 for a flimsy, badly made sweatshirt. DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ( pics show paint missing from lettering And many rough edges!)
If 2020 hasnt been lousy enough, I'm a disabled senior woman on social security, that's the most I've Ever spent on a top.) I'll stick to Walmart and Ross.
They basically made $87 off me.
The prints shows up as very cute and original, however the quality of merchandise was not what I expected. Much lighter weight, not sure how stamped on prints will hold up in wash.
Clever prints that I have not seen elsewhere... hope the quality is also good!
