Ordered a single item (a sweatshirt) as a Christmas present on Dec. 6th. It is now Dec. 22, and despite several communications with "Customer Service" (ha!) there is still no indication the item has even been received by USPS, much less shipped. Excuses about how because of COVID-19 things take longer wore thin after the 2nd week. Poor customer service, I will not order anything from this company again, and would recommend that unless you have the patience of a saint, you do not either.
I do like two of the three items I purchased. However, the last item was labeled as "Deep Red" and what I got was an odd color. It was like amber mated with purple. I have no clue how to describe the color. I just know how to NOT describe it. NOT deep red! Lol. The blue and "transparent" earrings are very cute. The blue is true to its description.
A free item was missing from our order. Because I paid for it they couldn't fix it. The price would NOT have changed! I had to cancel my order and do it again. Because I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the refund (RIDICULOUS! They can take our money right away, can't they?) I had to cut something else from my order for myself.
Ordering was fairly simple although I seemed to have signed up for email advertising which it took a couple of goes to unsubscribe from. Considering the that the goods were crossing the atlantic, the processing and transit time was acceptable. The goods look fine, we'll see how they wash and wear.

The quality of the clothes on this website is amazing. I literally haven't taken off my comfy pants since they came to me ;)

One of the sweatshirts i ordered the printing was crooked. I'm going to give it for Christmas anyway and I'll try to get a new one after the holidays.

I found it to be a very good online clothing store, so far I have ordered 3 times and I have not had any problems, the clothes are very beautiful and their prices are comfortable, normal delivery times in these cases.
UPDAATE, I'd give Lilicloth a ZERO STARS but that's not an option. After nearly a month Lilicloth is still processing part of the order that was in stock at the time of ordering. NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED YET! This is the poorest excuse of a website I've ever seen. USPS created a shipping label on 12/21/20 and 11 days later the product still hasn't been delivered to the USPS for shipping according to the shipping tracking #. Lilicloth wants to blame the USPS but they can't even get the product to the post office to be shipped according to the USPS. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF, DON'T EVER ORDER FROM LILICLOTH. Christmas presents will be Easter presents if you're lucky.
I am really pleasantly surprised! It looks great on me and I was concerned that most long dresses are too long. I can wear flat shoes with the one I buy online here and it's perfect for the summer. You should be modest when sitting to avoid showing too much, as the slit is high and seems to rise a bit when sitting.
Lilicloth is a skilled scammer. The quality is horrible and the customer service is worse. The sizes are not accurate.
The products ship directly from China, they take 100% of the payment up front with the first item shipped and then send garbage to complete the order. They will not accept order cancellations as taking advantage of e-commerce loop holes seems to be part of their business plan.
Because I didn't get my whole order and NOTHING WITH the order to explain what, when, or why. I didn't get a shipping invoice or anything. Not sure if there's more coming or what. I haven't commented on the box not getting here in time to send for Christmas but with this pandemic I understand. I ordered the stuff end of Nov.

I order 3 shirts from this company, and only received 2. I have Sent several emails asking for a refund on the one shirt. They are refusing to refund me, and keep giving me a run around. My shirt on the last tracking showed it in Atlanta 6 weeks ago. This shirt is lost, and are refusing to give me a refund. This company is dishonest only crooks do not honor when you do not receive the product that after 3months of ordering it still not received it.
