I do love your quirky shirts. Had fun looking through the items you had in your catalog. Some of the sayings were really adorable and fit my daughter to a tee.

You have totally lost face and I will not be utilizing your organization going forward. Should anyone inquire, I will tell them NOT to use Lilicloth or any affiliated company for any reason.

I am a 40 year veteran of the textile/garment supply chain. Your promotional materials DO NOT make clear that the customer is subject to having to clear customs and that they are making an INTERNATIONAL order that involves the Clown Show known as USA CBP.

Had I known that I was dealing with international clearances and shipping, as well as USA customs – I would NOT have dealt with your company.

Again, thank you for any personal efforts that you made in this situation. Please convey to your bosses that they have an exceptionally UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Checking out is a nightmare. Shipping was slow and I had to use pay pal to check out. Items are good but socks are not even the same color as advertised

Easy shopping and checkout. Took a long time to ship. Still waiting for a couple items. When received I was disappointed that every item is made in China!

Hoping the clothes are as nice as they look this is a gift did receive all but 1 shirt will have to tell my daughter she will have t wait 1 more shirt

The price I paid was lowered after I placed the order. The lower design on the front of the tshirt was not the same as the one pictured. I paid almost as much for shipping as I did for the t-shirt.
There are many beautiful items on the website. I hope I can get a better price,( i. E. repeat customer, new customer) on my next worder.

This company makes you think they are an American company. They are NOT! The clothes I received were the worst quality and trying to return them is impossible. They say you have to return them to China and you have to pay for it but since it's so expensive can't you just keep the clothes? They're sending me a shipping label for China return which I am not going to use. Just wasted $100.00. All these positive reviews are probably BOGUS! DON'T BE FOOLED! There are plenty of good American companies to buy from.

Looked like interesting products but experience so far very uneven. Got one item ok but not both. Waiting to here about refund and how to return item not ordered. Disappointing I will not have the item I wanted to give at Christmas.

Good news: Your website is great. The pictures of your items are adorable. Bad news: My order arrived one month after I placed it. It did not arrive in time for me to mail some of the items for Christmas gifts. One shirt was not the size I ordered and did not have the graphic on it that was shown on your site. One shirt I ordered was missing. The socks said "one size fits all" nope they won't. The quality is below average. Overall, I am extremely disappointed.
