I ordered 7 hoodies/sweatshirts from Lilicloth on 12/11/20 for Christmas presents. The site stated they would take between 5-10 days to be received. It is 1/3/21 and I just got 3 out of the 7 items. Where were they for Christmas? They did not get a sticker to be shipped until the 26th. So much for Christmas gifts. I was very disappointed. The shirts were definitely not in by the time they were promised.

Items sent were not as advertised and the sizes were way off, even though I went by their chart. I tried returning the items for a refund as directed, which never got passed customs with the address given, so now not only am I out the postage, no refund, and the items were never returned from the post office in CHINA. This is the most dishonest company I have ever had the misfortune to order from their response, NOT OUR PROBLEM!
Just find the shipping expensive. Was disappointed it took almost 3.5 weeks to receive the order. I do acknowledge that it was in a very unique time, with COVID and very busy couriers. Overall I am very satisfied. Thanks.
I ordered a jacket for my girlfriend for Christmas. Wasn't opened until Christmas morning. When it was discovered that the garment was sewn totally crooked. Contacted Lilicloth and was told returning it was out of the question. So now I'm stuck with a useless rag. So if your considering making a purchase from this company I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I have never deal with a company that was so unwilling to stand behind their merchandise.

Exactly as I see them on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order from another country, the shipping has taken longer than expected, but not so long, it is worth the wait.
I enjoy buying clothes here, especially dresses, they are of good quality and shipping is usually fast.
I expected lower quality items, but some were really nice. However, sizing was not standard, of all shirts ordered in the same size, some were very large, others too small for use. That was disappointing, as I expect returns would be difficult because of the extended initial delivery times. The continual 'check-in' emails prior to delivery are excessive, and ended up being just annoying, instead of reassuring. Those emails should be decreased by 50%. Still waiting for some items, one month after order was placed. I also received a tiny refund, without any explanation. Thanks

I purchased a men's tshirt in XL from Lilicloth as a Christmas gift on 11.16.2020. I found out when the gift was opened on Christmas day that Lilicloth sizes run small as the guy I purchased it for always wears an XL but the Lilicloth shirt in XL was more like a medium. Plus it is 100% cotton and it will shrink once washed. I immediately emailed Lilicloth after Christmas to let them know that the shirt was too small and I wanted to get one size larger. They replied that they have a 15 day exchange policy and I could not return the shirt as that time had expired. Mind you, it takes Lilicloth a minimum of 48 hours for them to reply to your email also. To be honest, the shirt I purchased had a funny saying on it that I l really liked but their shirts run too small and their return policy is not fair. So beware!

It was easy to order from them. Lots of options and cute designs. The wait time for the products was a bit long, probably due to this years troubles.
Overall happy but the small size is actaully very small so it did not fit my wife. She typically wears a small but this would have had to be a medium to fit her properly.
