At first I thought it was because I was using an AM EX card and perhaps you don't use them however, my Visa card did not go through after 3 attempts. I then used my Pay Pal account, would've preferred to use my credit card. Plus the delivery time was incredibly lapsed. I know that we have all this covid stuff going on but I don't remember reading anywhere on your web site that because of covid, delivery may be delayed for weeks.
