Nightmare I asked to return was told I had to send to China and pay custom fees it would take months. Threatening me really to agree to only getting 15% of my money back. My review on Yelp will be fire!
Products are creative, fashionable and appear to be well made... will need to clean several times to be sure. Response to concerns with negative reviews on line were answered promptly and with logical reassurances. Order was placed December 18, and received January 11... that's 24 calendar days or 13 business days... seems slow but, delivery was over the holidays with an impaired USPS.
Need more shipping options! Willing to pay for faster delivery.

First time here was good, but I was quite disappointed with the fact than when I placed my order, not 1/2 hour later the prices were reduced significantly. The 2 sweatshirts I ordered are great, feel good and hoping there will be no shrinkage after washing
If I could leave no rating stars, I would. However, I guess 1 star is necessary to submit this review. Then again, with other "Bad Ratings" against Lilicloth my review has plenty of company.
• On November 16,2020 two (2) items were ordered in good faith utilizing PayPal.
• Thus far we have only received one of the ordered items on January 9,2021, seven weeks later.
• An item was received on December 19,2020; but the Order Number was not ours and was an item we did not order or want. Shipping time for this item was seven (7) weeks to be delivered to the wrong address.
• Lilicloth has problems with their computers. There is no reason for two (2) Orders to be confused this badly; which I would suggest may have left two (2) customers unsatisfied.
• Clearly, Lilicloth has problems with fulfilment and shipping.
• Lilicloth has problems with customer service as well. The staff has demonstrated misdirection, obfuscation, and treating a customer like they are stupid (an insult).
• A dispute has been filed with PayPal.
• We can not recommend Lilicloth for purchases.

Overall good. When I went to check out and found out that I needed to spend $7 more for free shipping it was difficult to get back to shop more. A continue shopping button would be nice.

After waiting for my first order to arrive-I finally received one of 2 items ordered. I ordered a sweatshirt & received a t-shirt. Trying to return it was more trouble than it is worth. I would of had to pay shipping back to China & might of had to pay customs charges. They make sure it is not easy or convenient. I do hope the second item is correct when it arrives. Won't shop here again-must say the website looks great!
