You deal 100% with customer service people in China. Courteous, very slow to respond and they do whatever they can to prevent you from returning items regardless of fault.

Ordered 12/4/2020 - delivered 1/15/2021 (missed Christmas). Item shipped from San Francisco, but still took 7 weeks to finally ship and arrive. - Yes you can return your item, but you have to do it immediately and spend $28 to ship it back to China. All returns are paid by buyer and ship to China regardless of circumstance or fault (see return label). Then they tell you that you will have to wait 8-10 weeks for them to refund your money. If you buy something-- expect to be stuck with it. Regardless of your issue that's their policy -- don't expect more customer service here...

Quality of actual clothing sweatshirt product - material is thin but quality seems fair.

Love the designs. Just new to your products. Will try a t-shirt and see what the quality and service is like.

I harte the things I ordered and received on Lilicloth. While the photos on their website look like high quality items, with natural fabrics like wool and cotton, each and every item I received from this company was made of disgusting, low quality, unnatural fabrics.

I would happily show you the pictures of what I received, verses what the website pictured, I cannot, as I have thrown away each and every item I purchcased from this website.

Don't order shoes, because they will never come.

Each and every item I ordered on this website was a huge disappointment. I fault myself for giving them a second order, even after the first order which included only low quality fabrics.

The size S on the tops are too small - need to order size larger. Liked the sayings - perfect for my teenage granddaughter.

It must be said that the shipping cost is slightly on the steep side. Shipping is too much. Lots of money to spend on shipping.

I bought a size L long dress online here. I recently ordered more clothes and accessories to combine. I was able to buy more clothes and accessories but the money didn't reach me, plus I didn't need a large order for free shipping.

I had an excellent shopping experience with the team on this website, after my first order a long sleeve blouse, it was too big, they offered me a free replacement, which now fits me perfectly. Advice for future buyers: definitely buy a size higher than you need.

Shipping is too high. I was never able to learn what the shipping was until I had paid. They are very deceptive in their practices. Their photos of the items are not correct. Their photo showed a purple - it turned out to be a very ugly red. Then they had the audacity to tell me it was my monitor. I threw away money as I'll never be able to use the top. I would have had to return it to China which would have been more money spent so I just took their $3 refund. The item was way overpriced as to the quality of the material used even if the color had been correct. Please, please don't buy from this business.
It was very difficult to determine the correct size to order.

The tops always look nice on the website and the prices are great. I receive items late because of COVID shipping issues. Actual items are pretty flimsy and cheap quality. Thank you China. -:-(

Liked all the options: colors, sizes, and moving from item to item, the ease moving around the "store" and overall experience.
