This was the first time I have ordered from Lilicloth and will not order again. I ordered items mid November and they did not even begin to process the order for shipping until a month later. Then it somehow went to the wrong destination 10 days later. When I contacted them for either re shipping the goods to the correct address or refunding my money they said no to both. According to the tracking information from USPS the goods would be returned to the shipper. In effect Lilicloth is getting double, the product back and my money. Making sure I tell my friends, family and anyone else about this so they do not make the mistake I made by ordering from Lilicloth.
I would give this company zero stars if I could, because zero is exactly what we got. They misaddressed the package, which cannot be delivered or returned to sender, and they refuse to issue a refund. Their shipping and service rates zero.
This website really makes me very happy with their online service, they recover well when something (rarely) goes wrong. On average you check it once a week and I know what you get and I know it will get to where you ask for it to be shipped, it's simple.
I am wearing 2 X in most shirts but my recent purchase before today, 2 X was too small. It fit like a 18 or even a 16 but definitely not a 2X. Then I ordered a couple of shirts in a 3 X and they were too small! I am either going to give them to friends and family that can wear them or send them back!

The shirts look good but the sewing is poor and they're made of 95% polyester... disappointed. I don't think I'll order from Lilicloth again.

The biggest hurtle was trying to change my order after I placed it. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item and couldn't delete one.
