I am pleased with the ease of shopping and ease of purchase. Shipping due to corona was acceptable. I wasn't really happy with the item that I ordered. The fit and material, but I was shopping online so couldn't feel it or try it on.

Disappointment on quality of items. No problems navigating web site. Will probably not purchase additional items from this vendor.

The company is based in China and it goes downhill from there. They have a non-existent return policy, poorly sized items, like an XL that is actually a small, and a real runaround if you try to contact them to authorize a return. When I tried to get an authorization to return the items, they offered 15% return on my cost to purchase and told me "to get the clothing altered with the 15%". If you still want to try to return the items, the hoops you must jump through are many; over seas shipment, maybe customs charges, and no guarantee they will refund you even if the items are returned.
Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and avoid this company like the plague. There are lots of other cute clothes out there, and they are way better quality. And those other stores will have customer service, which Lilicloth does not.

Trying to return merchandise is frustrating.
First, the return request is not as easy as stated. I could not find the return request on the page following their directions.
Then, If you try to return merchandise they say they are very willing to give you 15% of the price in lew of paying for postage, and any other return costs including customs fees. (What other fees could there be?). Their return policy states that even if you return merchandise, they can still refuse to reimburse you.
In addition, the shipping fees are outrageous.
I received a shirt for a gift. The shirt cost $20, shipping was $12, so to get the correct size will cost over $50! Of course, I can get $3 back I suppose...
Never again!

Update: one month later and even though our account was debited fora second shirt, none have appeared.

Do not trust this site!

Great. I thought the shirts were unique and suited to my wife and our girls. Should have mens stuff.

Place a order but never received order number I only new when it showed on bank account 34.60 shirt and. 35 fee. Nothing I said got through to them I have sent sent 3 or 4 texts Their responds never answered questions

I Like the pattern of the shirts I received, but material was not what was shown in catalog. That was disappointing.

Pretty good. "Underestimate" was misspelled on the men's sweater. So we just pulled all the letters off and made it a plain white hoodie.

What an amazing online clothing store. It has great online service, great items to shop for, including a million clothes, and fast shipping! What more can you ask for in an online store!

Couldn't find

Both sweatshirts were too small and there is no stretch to them. Very lightweight material. The price was definitely too high for the quality. The socks were fine.

Hoped to receive for Christmas but delivery didn't make it. Products ordered were very unique and very nice.

Good, never ordered before. One item is still on backorder though. Could have a better fit as I like sweatshirts to fit larger - the XL fit more like a regular large.

Site was difficult to use on the phone, therefore our 20% coupon didn't translate to the computer. Not
