Disappointment on quality of items. No problems navigating web site. Will probably not purchase additional items from this vendor.
The company is based in China and it goes downhill from there. They have a non-existent return policy, poorly sized items, like an XL that is actually a small, and a real runaround if you try to contact them to authorize a return. When I tried to get an authorization to return the items, they offered 15% return on my cost to purchase and told me "to get the clothing altered with the 15%". If you still want to try to return the items, the hoops you must jump through are many; over seas shipment, maybe customs charges, and no guarantee they will refund you even if the items are returned.
Do yourself a BIG FAVOR and avoid this company like the plague. There are lots of other cute clothes out there, and they are way better quality. And those other stores will have customer service, which Lilicloth does not.
Trying to return merchandise is frustrating.
First, the return request is not as easy as stated. I could not find the return request on the page following their directions.
Then, If you try to return merchandise they say they are very willing to give you 15% of the price in lew of paying for postage, and any other return costs including customs fees. (What other fees could there be?). Their return policy states that even if you return merchandise, they can still refuse to reimburse you.
In addition, the shipping fees are outrageous.
I received a shirt for a gift. The shirt cost $20, shipping was $12, so to get the correct size will cost over $50! Of course, I can get $3 back I suppose...
Never again!
Update: one month later and even though our account was debited fora second shirt, none have appeared.

Place a order but never received order number I only new when it showed on bank account 34.60 shirt and. 35 fee. Nothing I said got through to them I have sent sent 3 or 4 texts Their responds never answered questions
