I bought a couple of shirts a few weeks ago, wore them every day and washed them frequently. This is my place to shop for clothes online as it is the only place where I can fully rely on quality at such affordable prices.

The product did not fit and had to pay to send back. No free returns or exchanges. Luckily the product shrank so much it fit my wife

The quality of all the fabrics is VERY cheap, the colours are off and look than on the website. The fabrics look like stitching in the pictures, but they are actually printed. The sizes are off too. I ordered size Small for dresses and they feel like a Large. Want to return EVERYTHING but the return center is in China and the process is lengthy and a pain. Shipping will cost me a fortune and who knows if they will ever refund me. The worst online shopping experience ever! What a waste of money. I am now stuck with all these dresses that I wouldn't even use as tablecloths.

Ordering was easy. When the items arrived, the sizing and style didn't work for me, and the material was not what I expected. When I contacted lilicloth for return, they offered 15% refund of the price in lieu of me returning the items at my expense TO CHINA! Whereupon, if I did return them to CHINA then the destination would decide whether the items were worthy of return. Guess what it costs to mail something TO CHINA from USA? About $50 minimum. So, they've got me there: sold me crappy quality clothing for admittedly cheap price, but even though they make returns sound easy on their website, that is totally misleading.
Good, but a few items were squirrely, for example the color yellow showed on the peace, love, sunshine tshirt, but only black would come up in the cart, (actually, no matter what other color I tried.) size Large. I did not attempt in other sizes.
It is a shame that so many of these China based companies have nice products at good prices, but their customer service sucks. I really like the witty sayings on their t-shirts, but the two I have ordered for my wife are both too small. The sizes are youth at best. I probably won't bother with returning them, due to the vaque return policy. Return the shirt at your expense, we will evaluate and decide if you get a refund, then we will issue it a few days after that. If you don't get it, check with your bank, then check with your credit card company, then send us an email if no luck and maybe we will respond. The whole point is to wear you down so you just go away. Sad
