I ordered two shirts for my mom, which went missing. Upon emailing the site, I received responses from Jasmine, Jemma, Joan, and Kathy blaming me for missing packages and said there was nothing they could do, and to check with my neighbors. Over a month after the expected date was when my mom received her separate order, and my order was placed in her order. I was then accused of lying about missing the packages. The email correspondence was extremely unprofessional. Never buying from this site again.
My order was lost, which took a long time to resolve and required me resubmitting the same information over and over. The product, as the recipient describes it, may not be quite the same as the product I saw and ordered on the website. It seems to made from a much heavier material than we expected, and she won't wear it.
