The online service of this boutique on the internet is always excellent. Every time I am satisfied with the online experience, the fit is not always optimal, but that is no one's fault as my body is a different size than normal, but their clothing design makes up for it.
The fabric is very thin, not what I was expecting but it didn't fit anyway. I ordered one size up from my usual but the shirt was much too small.

Website beautiful, choices amazing, I have only just received my order of 15 tshirts. I have tried one on to make sure they fit and the fit and material feel lovely. My only complaint would be the delivery time, but even that would have been acceptable had I been able to track the parcel. Even this morning it said that it hadn't even been processed.
It was fun. So many cool things to choose from. However, I couldn't find anything on your website about returns. I would have liked to have known that. I decided to take my chances.

I ordered a top and it was shipped Nov. 30,2020. Here it is Feb. 11,2021 and they will not re-send or refund my money. It must be 11 times I have followed up and all they say is when it is confirmed they will re send or refund. No one can confirm where the heck my order is. I have never been so frustrated with a company before.
I realize the time frame for delivery (4 weeks) is certainly not unreasonable since, the product is coming from so far away (I'm in Canada). I was totally thrilled with the sizing; fit; quality and feel of all the shirts I ordered. I really appreciated the Tote Bag (which I'm assuming was a gift with purchase) - nice touch!
There are so many really great looking pieces to choose from! I can't wait for my order to arrive!

I purchased three items from Lilicloth. Their customer response was good however the quality of the products was below average. One $19.00 dress, although sized Small was the size of an XL. I attempted to return and was offered 15% off to cover alterations. Their offer did not come close to covering the cost of alterations so I asked to proceed with my return. I needed to return the item to China and the cost of the return was $34.00. I donated the dress.
Ordered a Top that looked cute for my wife's Birthday. When It arrived it was not the Item I ordered. After waiting 2 weeks! Customer service tried to bribe me to keep the item with a 15% refund. When I refused they offered me a 25% discount. All I wanted was the correct Item but it seems I'm on the hook to return the incorrect item to the mfr in China. How much will that cost me? I have no confidence they will even provide credit once it has been received. Looks like a shirt going to charity. I'll never shop lilicloth again.

The sweatshirt turned out to be a little too thin but because I have a cute little Shih Tzu it doesn't matter I just love the feel and softness the color and it's true to size. All the little quotes are laughable and absolutely are designed to voice what people are thinking in their heads.
