Great clothes. I have used this online boutique in the last few months I have found it incredible. It was easy to find and quick to complete the ordering process.

I received no order confirmation and no information regarding my purchase until I reached out to the seller and then I was skeptical due to apparent inaccuracies on what was available and what was not. After reading reviews of many never receiving merchandise, I ended up disputing the charge and then received the items@ 2 weeks later.

The delivery time was much faster than I expected. I noticed on my order that the computer actually listed 5 t-shirts all the same. I quickly emailed customer service to point this out and tell them exactly what I wanted (and thought I had originally ordered). They made the correction and the order came as I wanted. The quality is really nice. I will know more after a few washings but so far everything is great. I would highly recommend Lilicloth and I will use them again in the future.

The company resides in Essex, which for those of you that did not grow up in England is exactly that, In England. They publish no phone number and are not registered as a company under the name Lilicloth with Companies House, UK. The real company is in China but the payment is processed in Hong Kong. They DO NOT sell on Amazon Prime under that name, all of this information should tell you all you need to know.
They sent us completely the wrong item! Then we go through the process of negotiating with them by email as they do not allow phone-calls with their customers, again, that should tell you all you need to know.
After several emails they offered 15% discount on next item, then 20% discount on next item then 35% discount on next item - all of this was dependent on us paying to ship the incorrect shirt that they sent to us back to China!
This is the way this company works, in all instances, even if they send you the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping. I just decided to dispute the transaction through my bank and they immediately credited me back the money.
Point of note, t-shirt material quality is BAD, really bad. I suspect that it cost cents to produce. One thing that the government should do is clamp down on these types of companies that are allowed to openly trade under fictitious European address to disguise the fact that they are trading out of Chine and do not have to conform the US trading regulations.
I really do not understand how they can have so many positive reviews on this website. The product quality is appalling and the customer service and company responsibility is non-existent.
We paid $37 for a t-shirt that my 4 year old could have produced in terms of material quality. As I said BUYER BEWARE.

A bit confusing for first time ordering. I sign up for email etc. and was supposed to get $10.00 of my first time order, did not get it. Why not? If I had known the product was coming from China instead of the US I would not have ordered it due to the fact you cannot return or exchange for a different size as you have to send it back to China which cost more than the product. Will not order anything again.
