Ordered before. Very pleased. For me the sizes run small. I typically order Large but XL or XXL better with Lilicloth.

Ordered items on 2/2/2 for valentine's day. It's now 2/26/21 and I still have no idea when I'll receive the items. I understand that the pandemic has impacted the shipping and delivery of items, but this is ridiculous. Beware - my items had to go through customs for some reason, that little detour is not mentioned anywhere on the website. But once through customs it appears to now be waiting for hand off to USPS, for 6 days? If you need something for Xmas 2021, you better order it now or shop somewhere else.

Shipping is very high. No feedback from the company after shipped. I was supposed to get feedback when the product reached US shipping service. Nothing.

Fabric quality is horrible.

Overall very good. Love the shirts. Wish we could do exchanges rather than return, wait on a refund and then order again. But will keep on ordering as the inventory is just awesome

Your filtering doesn't work. Also, I would have liked seeing the specific colours in the large photos when I clicked on them, rather than having to go to my shopping bag to see the color I'd chosen.

I bought a lot of clothes on this website, mainly accessories and clothes. I received the best quality and the fastest shipping and that is the 5 stars. As for clothes and shoes, always go for 1-2 sizes bigger, that's the key. If there are possible improvements, it is probably size charts, clothing, and shoes.

Unfortunately the clothes size is wrong and too big. I ordered small sizes and it fits like a medium-large.
I tried exchanging for Xsmall but they do not make that size. They kindly offered me a discount but it will be expensive to have the clothes modified in Canada.

Great online experience, long delivery time (but not all shipper's fault, I'm sure), got what I ordered, but are made a little different to what I am used to. But I still like it! A bit of advice-order next size up unless you want it form-fitted.
