The pants arrived super on time and the size was perfect. I am excited to buy you something again. It was easy for me to find what I wanted and I had a wide variety of patterns and styles.
I would not buy from here again. My primary complaints:
A. Shipping was very slow, it took over a month to receive my order.
B. Sizes ran very much smaller than advertised.
C. Return policy is horrible. I was denied a return because I didn't respond within 7 days, never mind that I was out of town.
D. Quality is questionable. An item titled "sweatshirt" was very thin and unlike any sweatshirt I've ever seen. It felt like a tea towel.
Spend your money elsewhere.
This is the second time I have ordered from Lillicloth. I ordered because I love the sayings they have on the front of the sweatshirts. What I don't like is the sizing. It is all off. I always a medium. WIth Lillicloth sometimes I need a large or extralarge. Very frustrating.
I was so impressed by the dresses from my first order at this online boutique and the on-time delivery that I ordered 7 blouses from them. It is OBVIOUS when you look at the images on the website that the models are not actually wearing the clothes. Dresses or blouses are stripped on random models that only use 1 or 2 poses: D (look at her hands and feet). About the quality, they have been worn and washed, they feel beautiful and get a lot of compliments. I will definitely buy more: D
Blouses leave a lot to be desired. Materials are cheap, poorly made, colours are nothing like their pictures, sizes are off, sweater feels like
burlap. Overall I am totally disappointed. Sorry for the bad review, but, I expected more from a Canadian company.

I ordered a shirt that was too small and either wanted to exchange it or get my money back and reorder a bigger size. I kept getting the same code back with a ticket #J3A10: tee-shirt, I could not find any of their instructions on the website they sent to follow to return the item. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT YOU NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I FOUND THE SAME SHIRT ON AMAZON IN MY SIZE AND IT WAS CHEAPER. SO, I HAVE A TOO SMALL OF SHIRT THAT WILL END UP AT GOOD WILL.AND I AM OUT OF $ OF AROUND $27.00.

I bought a pants that was very unflattering and did not fit me, I sent an email and received a response within 24 hours, it was fantastic when I had to return it, that speaks a lot about this online boutique and how good it is!
It is my favorite online store. Somehow I came across when looking for clothing stores to browse online. Always has discounts for amazing clothes. You can get great products at a great price, they also have my taste in clothes that convinced me. I don't think any other online store can make me change my mind.
I am surprised by some of the other reviews here. I have been shopping with this website for about 2 years and have always had a great experience! Delivery is fast and clothes always look great on me! A couple of times I received a faulty item, but I emailed them and they quickly fixed it. I will be shopping with them for many years to come!

I ordered over $100 worth of merchandise on December 21,2020. I have been in touch with customer service several times asking where my shipment was. Finally yesterday they told me there was a problem with the address and the items were being destroyed and I was not entitled to a refund! This was the first they ever mentioned a problem. Prior messages kept apologizing for the delay and asking me to be patient, which I was. They had my address and phone number in their records, but never contacted me about a problem. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
I am really not an on-line shopper, but the brands that they sell are just perfect! And this was my 2nd order and this time I bought a lot more clothing, with no hesitation. They don't give a good description of their stuff. I absolutely love that everything I purchased was so soft. This is now my go-to clothing store... and now lots of my friends as well.
