Learning from some bad experiences of mine, I now review other people's comments and experience before spending my money. Many thanks to this online boutique, they have saved me time, frustration and money, it is definitely the only website that I recommend!

I had no problem with this website. My dress arrived in about fourteen days and in fantastic condition. The clothing on this site is plain, so I anticipated that the material should be of cheaper quality and better than anticipated.

Good over all experience, easy to order, only thing is some t-$#*!s dont have stitching wish makes a weird look.

Your shipping charge is way out of line. Dont know that I want to order again and pay those charges.

The T shirts are great and exactly as advertised. I highly recommend them for both the quality of the product but also the after sales service. I would have no hesitation to purchase from them again.

Some items do not look like the picture and size doesn't seem true. I also only got part of my order after waiting 23 days.

Some time ago I tried this online boutique and I LOVED IT! I have continued to buy probably too many dresses and they are absolutely beautiful! They look amazing and are the perfect size, I am 12-14 years old and size L is amazing! The clothes are incredibly flattering and look and feel great! Every time I wear them they compliment me on how good I look! Absolutely incredible! The delivery is very fast and I have not had any problems. Easily my favorite online store BY FAR

I ordered a pair of tops that did not fit and they were very helpful with my return and he was very understanding of the service I have previously purchased from this online boutique and the quality of the clothing is exceptional. It will definitely be my go to for all my clothes.

Lillicloth specifically advertised "leather shoes".
I foolishly bought three pairs, expecting lower quality but real leather.
The shoes fell apart under light wear immediately and I could see that the paint over plastic foam was peeling, and the soles came off at the toe and heel. It was clear that there was no leather in this shoe at all. It looked like leather but was not leather anywhere.
The company refused a return or refund and I understand that any refunds they do require shipping product to China.
Bad product quality.
False advertising.
Poor or non-existent customer service.
I recommend not doing business with Lillicloth.

Pictures and descriptions do not match some of the items sent.
All of the clothes have a very heavy chemical smell.

Happy with price, product and service. Not so happy about delivery time, but that's not their fault.

Despite checking to make sure prices quoted were AUD, I was charged USD
When I emailed a complaint, was simply told what I'd already figured out - that it was USD, not AUD!

Sometimes I find it difficult to buy things because I have a small frame and a small bust, the quality of the clothes on this website is good, and most importantly, the photos online do not lie. Shipping is a great way to win me over too. I'm impatient, so having my clothes on in a couple of weeks is perfect.

The items shown on the site looked very nice. The prices are reasonable. HOWEVER, the products I received are of very poor quality materials and definitely not as they appear on the shopping site. I was extremely disappointed and will never shop here again.

Amazing! So good quality and free shipping. Such good quality products are actually what appears in the photos on the website! The size of my dress was correct. Delivery came the next day for me, and free of charge! Will buy again in the future. I love all of their styles, I am so excited to have discovered this website!

It is always such a pleasant experience to order clothes on this website, I literally check every week to see that there are newcomers. It really saved me, less hassle than going to a physical store for me. Add more bridesmaids dresses!

I love this online store! What's not to love about this website? There is a wide range of clothing to choose from, the dresses are gorgeous and highly flattering, and the quality is exceptional! I've had bad experiences with shipping from other online stores before, so I was surprised at how quickly my items arrived.
