Yes, it was easy to place an order and I received notification when the delivery started BUT nothing after that until I called into the Post Office with the notification that a parcel was waiting for me.

This site showed up on my Twitter feed just as I was looking for a gift for my wife. Great pictures, good prices. I showed her the dress online she liked it very much. It was supposed to arrive on February 23. It showed up on March 8. It was very lightweight cheap printed fabric. The dress in the catalogue appeared to be embroidered. No pockets, no lining stitched together in pieces. It looked like a copy of the nice dress they had on display. It only cost a little over $40. So I guess you get what you pay for but I will never deal with this misleading vendor again.
On the upside the sizing was good and order tracking worked okay.
But the quality was sub par

It took one, two and three months to receive items from this order. In the most recent shipment I discovered that the garment was printed "MAM Bear" accurate to the photo because the model had flowing hair covering up where the last "A" would naturally be. It was advertised as "Mama Bear" not "MAM Bear" in the item description. I contacted Lilicloth about the problem to see if it was a mistake. They offered me a 15% refund. I also learned through this correspondence that one final item was out of stock. Thanks for keeping my money and not informing me of this. Naturally, I requested a full refund for both items and asked for a RMA# (at their expense due to their error) so I could return the "MAM Bear" hoodie. Their reply: "we will increase your refund to 35%, do you accept?" No, I want a full refund. Their reply: "we will increase your refund to 25%, do you accept?" Who is doing the math here? I want a full refund and to be able to send back their misadvertised garment. Clearly, Lilicloth has a unique perspective about customer service. When all is good and processed properly, I'm sure most people are happy with the products and company. But if you have a problem, all I got was a runaround. Next step, let the credit card company handle this problem. I tried, in good faith, four times to assist in settling this problem. If I had made the mistake I would have gladly paid for the shipping myself. However, this was their mistake. I won't pay for their mistake. They won't have a repeat customer here.

I bought 2 sweaters from them, they were supposed to be faded look cotton sweaters, the products were nothing like those advertised, they were not faded, different colours, and cheap synthetic fabric. I contacted them to complain and they sent a vague and unhelpful email - I'm stuck with these rubbish tops.
