All my last 5 orders on this website were good. For the prices and with a decent return policy, chances are good that you will be very satisfied.
I ordered 3 tops, 1 for my wife and 2 for my daughter. The "sweatshirt" I ordered for my wife was a birthday present. I ordered it 2 weeks before her birthday, expecting this would be enough time, even though they are not amazon. I should have suspected differently as I checked out, as there was NO indication of any kind about when anything would be delivered. So, birthday came and went, and 2 weeks later the first package arrived. 2 of the items I ordered were included, the 3rd still MIA. The "sweatshirt" I ordered for my wife could NEVER be called a sweatshirt, it was thinner than some of my t-shirts. At best it was of 6 oz. Material. That is common "thickness" of t-shirt material. A heavy weight t-shirt will be 6.4oz. Additionally, it has now been another 3 weeks (now 7 weeks since placing the order) and the 3rd item still has not arrived and I have been completely ignored by their customer service. 4 email sent, NONE answered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The worst experience I have every had. I ordered $$223.68 of merchandise that looked adorable on the website. It arrived and the quality is horrible. Paper thin, colors not bright at all, and the sizing is not even close. The size small are super wide and I cant even put in words the terrible quality. Forget returning it, the shipping cost and custom paperwork to Hong Kong is a nightmare. Lesson learned. I hope I have saved someone else this nightmare with my review. And, the worst customer service ever.

Yes... clothes look so cute in the ads, BUT please don't be fooled by this China-based rip off company... AND. Sizing is way off and very inconsistent for plus sizes... most materials are very thin and cheap. The return policy only works IF you're willing to pay to send it back to China (avg. $60 per shipment). They try to offer different refund amounts (max is about 25% of what you paid, so in essence they are stealing 75% of your purchase.) Please don't be fooled. Read the reviews... most are negative. The positive ones are from people they hire to write enough reviews to bury and hide the true crappy reviews.
I have already made several orders for clothes in this online store, only once was it a controversial case, but everything was resolved easily and without drama. Good prices, fast delivery. Very good online boutique.

BEWARE! Don't Buy! My personal experience dealing with Lilicloth has been one of frustration and utter disgust. Nearly impossible to return their products. Sift through the reviews and find out for yourself. These people will give you the turn around and claim that they want to help, but believe me, they do not. I tried for months to return their "below par" products, with repeated emails, and I got nowhere. After giving them an extremely bad review, they sent me a picture of a response by email (which was fake), saying I can return the products to a certain "Province" in China... No specific address and No clear instructions were included. Just a province in China. Unbelievable! This is like me asking you to call me, but I don't include my contact number. BEWARE! BEWARE! Lilicloth is grossly unfair.
It was everything I expected and more, the prompt delivery always makes me happy, thank you very much, I will order more in the future on your clothing website!
Please remove the teeshirt that refers to your mother's eggs must have expired. That is in very poor taste and incensitive to challenged people and people with downs.
