The shirt I ordered (pictured below) came with off-center type and was very poor quality. Every attempt to communicate with the company about a refund was answered by idiotic pre-written responses and contradicting information. Order # HBKQD******* This has been the purchase from HELL. What a nightmare. We ordered 8 items in early Dec 2020. One item was delivered in early January. After the remaining 7 items failed to arrive in a month we started to email for an update. It apparently came to Canada but they put the wrong address on it so it was sent back to China to get the correct address. After 8 months, all they can say is that they are checking with their logistics company. We asked for the phone number of the logistics company but they said they do not have a phone number.
Their logistics company has the package in transit but cannot tell them where it is or when it will be back in China. They will not resend the 7 items or refund the purchase. All they say is please wait and email them if we have questions.
We asked how long we have to wait, they say they do not know, just keep waiting. After 8 months we are to wait until they find the package. It could take one or two years, who knows. This is not service. What a rip off. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
