I received the shirt with a hole in it. I went to their website to do a return; they asked for photos, which I provided. I never received a response. I sent an email to inquire about this and they said they never got my original email. When I go on their website the photo off the Tee shirt with the hole in it is attached to my account. But I went ahead and complied with their request to re-send the photos - this time via email. Still no response. I contacted my credit card company and they said because this vendor said they sent the merchandise in perfect condition. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEY LIE.
I bought some coats, they arrived very well. I always follow good offers and fashion tips! The best thing about this online boutique are the recommendations, especially when making a gift saves a lot of time.
This company is absolutely horrible. They use a third party shipping company, they would not give me the name of the company, and this company is the slowest shipping I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a mother's day gift about a month prior to the date and received the item over a month after mother's day. When I reached out to the company via email (because they do not have a phone number), they simply gave me the order number and refused to cancel my order and give me a refund. (clearly I had to purchase another gift by this time) I sent multiple emails and the company continuously sent back a brief blanket statement that they would not give a refund and would also not give out the shipping provider's information. They included the shipping number every time as if it was going to fix the issue. (I had mentioned several times that I had been tracking the item so I very clearly already had the shipping number) I do not at all suggest ordering from this site. They are not a member of the better business bureau for a reason. Horrible customer service, horrible contact information, horrible shipping. Overall this is the worst company I have ever ordered from. The products are not worth the wait and are oddly sized.
Initially, the copy read, "free shipping if you order $50", so I did. However, once I placed the order, it said, order $49 more, and shipping is free". Don't play with your customers!
This clothing website always go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I have never been disappointed in the customer service or the clothes I receive.
1) Website states "Easy Returns" No where does it state you will need to return items to China, which is not any Easy Return for anyone buying in the USA.
2) The website has photos stolen from other websites to display your clothes, false and illegal marketing.
3) The items they sell do not match the color, pattern, sizing or cut described on their website, false and illegal marketing.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible! On April 13th, 2021, I ordered 3 T-shirt. On April 29th I received 2 T-shirt out of 3, and 1 with even a wrong spelling. I opened immediately (same day) a return request with a picture of the T-shirt. I was contacted by a certain Jasmine the same day and being asked to send again a picture. I did it immediately. Never heard again. I sent an email to Jasmine on May 6th asking for update, no answer. On May 12th I opened another return request. This time I was contacted by a certain Joen asking me for more pictures. I immediately did it. Joen then sent me another email asking to replay to the previous mail he sent me, thing that I had already did it. On May 15th I received an email informing me that my return application had been closed to timeout. TIMEOUT? I was the one giving all the information immediately and not receiving updates from them. THEY printed the T-shirt wrong, THEY let my 2 requests go out of time. I have all the email and pictures to prove it.
I'll NEVER buy something else from them ever again!
By the way, today May 17th (after more than 1 month from my order), I'm still waiting for my 3rd T-shirt.
