It is the first time that I navigate through the online store and it is very easy for me to navigate. As indecisive as I was, I found a dress at a good price, so I decided to take a chance! It came really fast and the style and fit are perfect. For those who know its size, I would definitely recommend this site. Since then I have bought more clothes and they fit me like a glove.

I thought the designs were stunning and ordered 4 pieces, however was immensely disappointed when clothes arrived. The fabric and fabrication was very very low quality. When I requested a return label they tell me it has to be sent back to China with all fees like customs etc according to their return policy stated on the website. HOWEVER the online policy does NOT mention anything about having to return it to overseas!
I purchased 3 t-shirts. I received 2 of the 3 t-shirts. I waited over 3 months and never got the 3rd t-shirt. I sent a message that I didn't get it and they cancelled and said they would refund my money. I advised that I want that t-shirt and their remark is you can order it again but then I would have S & H charges on the new order. I paid S & H on the original purchase and should not have to pay it again on the same t-shirt when they did not refund the cost for S & H that I originally paid. (They only refunded the cost of the shirt).
The coats were exactly as pictured and arrived in brand new condition in a timely manner. Ordering online was a simple process and there was a wide variety of clothes.
Website was very easy to use and there were sizes available which at this time with COVID is hard to come by. Quality clothing with a large variety available at an extremely good price.
I ordered a tee shirt which took forever to get here and when it arrived it was significantly smaller than any xxlarge I've ever seen. I ordered it as a shirt to sleep in in and it is completely unacceptable.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Beware! And shame on FB and Instagram for carrying Lilicloth! This is a shady Chinese Company. The products you receive look absolutely NOTHING like the photos or description. The sizes are not accurate, it take simply forever to receive your product(s), you cannot inquiry or complain, as everything on their website is in Chinese. I would have NEVER ever purchase if I had known ahead that this was a Chinese company. The clothing looked as if sixth graders in sewing class sewed them, simple, easy, plain clothing, again, nothing looks like the advertisement. The material is so thin and cheap, you can see through it. Add on top of all of this, the more I read, I find that many clothing items made in China are sewn by slave/forced/incarcerated labor (most simply for the belief system). My biggest ire is for FB and Instagram, as I have gotten suckered in by adds on their sites for shoddy, shameful products from China. They know better and should refuse to allow ads that allow such practices! Shame!

A lunch bag is an essential for me (on my office). Once I saw one here, I knew I have to have one. It was lovely in person, the details to it are well thought of.
They don't report the tracking number on-time. Lilicloth's email with their tracking info got to me too late it was sent back. Some backordered items were shipped later and separately and they won't provide a new tracking number. My package was sent to a USPS lost and found annex. Overseas shipments never go back to the shipper. I had to file a missing mail report and am waiting to hear from USPS. I don't know where the remainder of my order is and they say they don't either.
