When we asked to send an item back we were told the shipping costs are back to china,. The packaging has to be perfect and they did not think it would be worth sending it back. Although it is purported to be from Australian supply it is a china return, and then they tell me that it is all in the fine print,

The customer service was lovely, the dress arrived quickly and safely. The dress is as in the image of the page, the measurements are perfect.

Bought 6 sweaters/shirts of the same pattern for various family members. The 3x was labeled as a 3x but was the same size as one of the L (maybe XL). You get a 3x for someone that is 3x. XL doesn't cut it. Not blaming them as I believe it was mislabeled. Was recently given back to us from a Christmas purchase.

The shirt I ordered came in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem I have with it is the sizing. I had bought a large size in the past, and it was too big. I bought this shirt in a medium, and it was too big at the top, and skimpy around the middle. Too long, too, but i'm used to that since I'm a short petite person. I have to take everything up. The style, sleeveless was perfect, as was the color.

I exercise every day (desperately trying to lose weight). I needed another sports pants, really happy with my purchase here online! Highly recommended!
