The sizing was way off, some were way to big and some were too small even if I ordered the same size.

I enjoyed the variety and uniqueness of your t-shirts and APPRECIATE the fact your carry large sizes. Unfortunately that's where my satisfaction stops. I ordered 7 t-shirts, size 3X. It took 3 weeks for the first of 3 deliveries to arrive. The bottom line is by the time all 7 shirts arrived, only 3 of the 7 came close to 3X and fit. Your return policy is difficult to find on your site and, having emailed by request and information per your instructions, I am still waiting after 7 days for a response. I will quickly exceed your maximum numbers of days return eligibility since shipping thru NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I love your variety but, between the very erratic and unreliable sizing AND the intolerable business customer service - from delivery time to communication and return policy - I won't be using your site again. Too bad. I was really looking forward to your merchandise.

Liked the shirts I orders, So far so good, really didn't like paying the high shipping. I order XL in 2 of the T-shirts I ordered and one fits just like a XL but the other one very much smaller. You can really see the difference when you lay them out or just hold them up. Did not expect the difference to to be so much when both were XL. I did like the material of the shirts. Very soft. I also like the way they ere packed. Wrapped in tissue and in a bag.
So far so good, really didn't like to pay 14.00 for shipping.

The blouses that I ordered looked like they were made out of cotton and had a soft flow in the pictures but the actual garments were a fabric that I didn't recognize (not cotton) and don't flow like pictured.
The T-shirts I ordered were great.
I really like the pieces of clothing that I would like to keep, but out of the 11 items of clothing only 5 fit and are to my liking. The 5 are perfect!
MY PROBLEM: I have requested TWICE a refund authorization from Lilicloth per the return instructions included in the package. I have not received an authorization for the return! The instructions are very clear that the return request MUST be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. I have done my part! I have even e-mailed the customer service department using the "contact us" feature, NOTHING! Now, I have 6 items of clothing that do not fit and I cannot returen... I will NOT recommend ordering from this company until I get my authorization... I spent over $150.00 with this company and would like to return the items that do not fit and get my $$ ack, they are unworn with tags still attached!
