I ordered 3 tops all small. One fit very well, the other was way too large and the third was too small with one sleeve shorter than the other. The dress was poorly made with loose threads and was way too full for a size small. I received a refund for the 2 tops I returned, but have never received a refund for the dress.
Not user friendly. Had to enter email address multiple times, very irritating. Had coupon for 50% off but couldn't use it, then had coupon for 15% off and couldn't use it.

Filling in form is difficult. Country of origin is strange. Couldn't find all discounts at checkout. I will never order from Lilicloth again. The material was flimsy and workmanship shoddy. The clothes did not run true to size. I tried to return the items and could not. Never again!

The T-shirts I ordered came in with no problem but one wasn't even finished. The T-shirt was supposed to be a small. It was marked Small but was actually a Large. Also it was not finished off in any way. I worked in manufacturing and the sleeves and neckline was unfinished and the hem was unfinished.
Why? I would have sent it back but I tried to return something else and by the time you responded they said the time had lapsed for returns. Just so you are aware I will never order from you again. Your return and manufacturing policies stink.

When the items arrived they are poorly manufactured out of cheap and thin materials and do not look like they looked online when ordered. Clothing runs small also.
