The first time i ordered they kept my $35 and never gave me my merchandise. This is my second order And i got it. However it took about a month! The shirt is cute and looks like the picture but the sleeves are extremely long and i will have to hem them before wearing.
I ordered online here a top for my daughter that was too small, however, as the top was sold out, they offered me another top with another design, my daughter was absolutely delighted! Great quality of clothing and excellent customer service, thank you very much.

I remember when clothes were manufactured in the United States and the dyes were crisp. That rarely happens anymore. The clothes I bought do fit except for two items of 4. I just want to exchange but there is no easy way to do that.
I sent an email to their customer service on Saturday, September 4. It is now September 7. Because of the holiday I hope to hear from them by Thursday, September 9. I believe that that is reasonable.
We received two of the three sweatshirts I ordered. A little disappointed that we couldn't all wear them the same time as we only get together once a year.
While the items were attractive and well made, I do feel that they ran small for the posted size, resulting in a tight fit. I think you should add a caution to the site, alerting people that they might want to order a size or two larger if they desire a looser fit.

This was my 4th order with Lilicloth. All previous orders were of high quality, and fit perfectly. This time only 2 things that said they were small really were.
I happen to have a sewing machine and will alter these to fit, since all final sales are not returnable.
I also ordered an undergarment that was so thin I stuck my thumb through it when I was trying it on. These are also not returnable.
I am just not going to shop these types of items any more

Very easy to order-size chart misleading. When I asked to exchange the shirt I was told the exchange address is in CHINA! I would be responsible for postage both ways! Tell me how reasonable that is. A second choice was to keep the product and receive a 15% rebate.
The clothes are cute BUT be very very careful so you don't have to exchange it!

I was told it was ineligible for a return. I wasn't looking for a refund, I would have gladly had it go towards another selection. And with all of your cute items I would have ordered MANY more times but given your 'absolutely no return' policy on the item I didn't like, I probably will NOT order from you again. So you have lost what would have been a very good customer because of ONE SHIRT! Very poor customer service... your policy should be 'do whatever you can to make the customer, happy so they will continue to be our customer'
I ordered a t-shirt for my niece and a long sleeve shirt for myself. They had a Halloween theme printed on the front. I was really excited to see them as I ripped the package open. When I saw the shirts I screamed…not because I was disappointed. I was absolutely thrilled by the softness of the shirts, how well made they were and how beautifully printed the design was. I can't wait to give the one I bought for my niece to her. Thank you

So far so good, but product runs small - would have been nice to know that.
The funny sayings are what caught my eye. The shirts look nice. The people I gave them to love what's on them. The 2 sets of earrings were inexpensive, and that is probably why one pair arrived broken. I wouldn't order jewelry again but the shirts were a hit. In the future I will plan for a long delivery time.
