It's just what I needed, thank you very much. I wouldn't buy clothes anywhere else. This website was the best. I desperately needed these tops as I live in a nursing home and this was amazing.

Purchased a men's shirt and selected size according to chest measurements indicated. Shirt fits a little tight. Would order the next size up next time.
The sizes are not even close. I ordered 3 shirts in x large and 1 of them was so big we both could fit in it at the same time.! Was great. The last one I couls not get my arm in it netherless my wifes body.

I had 3 items that didn't fit. 3 were great. I requested return form. I was offered 25 % if I would keep them. I said no! They don't fit. I was told that as I would have to return them to China, the mail charges were very high, worth more than my purchases & you would give me 35% off. Obviously I could not win.
I then said so I cannot return them- You are willing to give me 35% off and I lose 65% as they are no good to me. So, I gave them to Good-Will, lost 65% and will never buy from you again. Also I am telling everyone I know to never buy from you, and that is a great many people. I thought the quality of the items that were correct, was excellent- However, when you look both ways, It is more important to bail immediately. A lost customer and many more.

The order got messed up. They can not look you up by name, only by email. No one there has any idea how to run a business. The shipping is slow, the quality is poor and the customer service is worse than that. They deny, they lie, they talk in circles in hopes the customer gives up.

Checkout did not work well. I had to do it three times and there was no separate place for shipping vs billing address and contact. Also, it does not appear that the recipient's name will be on the package but the contact email for the buyer.

Shoes I ordered cost $30.90 (USD) but did not fit. They were incorrectly sized. Since it was not cost-effective to return them all the way to China, I accepted a 10% refund ($3.09 received) and will use the shoes as a gift for one of my grand daughter's friends. Lillicloth's products looked decent enough but future purchases with them is not an experience I will likely do again.
I don't like shopping... period... anywhere. LOL Not a big fan of constant contact but also know that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Used the size charts, measured myself only for not one of them fitting. Yes, I'm a plus size however that is what size chart recommended. So wanted them to fit as lovely shirts but too small. Liked the selection but checking out was a little hassle as the applied discount kept changing on me even though I hadn't changed my dollar total, but by going back to older windows I got it back!?!
