I ordered a large. It was marked "L", but it couldn't have been more than a medium (it might have actually been a small). I couldn't return it. I couldn't exchange it. I couldn't get a refund.

Another shirt had several missing letters that a cursory glance at the shirt should have caught before shipping.

It was not clear when I ordered that the shirt was coming from overseas... I would not have bought something that took weeks to arrive. The size was odd--baggy fit and extremely long arms. But I do like the design.
