They don't tell you up front that everything is shipped from China! Extremely slow shipping and still haven't received even a tracking number after 2 weeks! Don't order from this company unless you can wait over a month for your order.

Consumers sacrifice service and immediatcy for internet convience. However, to charge a large ship fee on an $169 order is obscene. In fact any shipping charge on a $169.00 order is just crazy. Welcome to the world where Amazon prime delivers next day when joining prime. Walmart.com home of the true bargains, has no membership fee, and they ship any size order for free. Those internet merchants that insist on charging a shipping fee will see (a) Amazon & Walmart eat theirr business (b) Post Covid will send consumers back to brick & mortar stores.
The shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of the package.
In addition, international logistics are much more expensive than any domestic logistics.

Ordered a top for my daughter size XL. It arrived in a size for an 8 year old. Asked for refund... Note the advice to use the 15%refund to "Alter the Cloth"... insane

I waited until after the holidays to place an order and was happy to see that many items had been reduced. There were a few items that were not the quality expected but for the most part the quality matched the price. Order came the day after the predicted date, which was reasonable and nothing was damaged or substituted with something I didn't want (which I understand is a frequent online thing).
I ordered one order at the end of September. I ordered a second order October 2. I still have not received either order. Their clothes are cute and well priced. That's what sucked me in. Don't be a sucker like me. It's a waste of money!

Loved the selection of funny t-shirts and the easy ordering process! My one disappointment was that I accidentally ordered 2 of the same T-shirt and wanted to swap the duplicate with a different selection. I was unable to find any way to contact the company to make a switch in my order. I replied to the email address used in my order confirmation but evidently that is not monitored. So my one suggestion for improvement would be to please provide some form of communication for customers to contact a service representative if necessary. Thank you.
