I feel like your marketing during purchasing to entice people to buy more creates the perception of untrustworthiness and I almost didn't make my purchase. Tone down the sale pop ups, and you will be more respectable.
Easy to complete. Bought products from Lilicloth last Christmas and they were well received. Delivery was slow this year but in time for Christmas.
Awesome shopping, and they have men's cloths as well.
Update: While it's still to soon for my order to have arrived, I did get a notification that part of it was on the way. Given the current shipping issues and logistics troubles nationwide, this is understandable. I have therefore raised my "star" rating of the company based on their kind outreach and because of their dedicated employee Finn. Until I actually have the products in hand I cannot in good conscience rate them.
Original: It took two days to complete this order. While I look forward to receiving the products, using the website has been a colosal chore and even the "live chat" link for help didn't work the first day. I'm hoping this is not typical of this company. Certainly have a poor first impression. Today Finn in customer service was very helpful making this order happen or it would not have!

Received my items and I like them but the measurements seem to be on the smaller side, not a great length but great designs
As I live in Canada, I was hoping to receive my item before Christmas. I got my wish when it arrived weeks before Christmas! Thank you Lilicloth for the effortless experience! I will shop with you again in the near future.
Great photos, cool designs, but wierd size variations and showing so many sold outs... ugh. Also hard to get to free shipping (seemed to keep changing terms on me.

This online online boutique made my online clothing shopping experience easy and stress free, I found the dress I wanted easily and the ordering process was quick, my delivery was too. I received exactly what I ordered, it is definitely great value for money.
I ordered some"sweatshirts" from Lilicloth and needed to order $100 to obtain free shipping. This didn't bother me because I chose some charming/funny items. However, I received each item separately over several weeks and was not informed that one item was out of stock until I questioned. The sizes are terribly wrong, the fabric is not fleece but rather a scratchy polyester fabric. When I decided to return the purchases, I was informed their return office is located in China and I would be required to pay the shipping to China for a full refund. Adding insult to injury, I would have the option to keep the items and would receive 15% refund on my purchases. I decided the latter was the better option. Now, I will have to pay to have my purchases altered or donate them to a second-hand store. Additionally, the sweatshirts have no shape.
