Everything is all cute on the pictures, when you finally receive your package quality is substandard, cheaply made and sizing is all wrong. On part of my order they shipped me the wrong shirt the other was defected. Customer service is a whole different issue. If you try and return the items that were (their error) it goes to a Chinese address and cost a fortune to return $27 for one shirt so they will offer you a 15% refund and you can keep it that's only $3.90 on a $26 purchase. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to learn quick they are making a fortune on a bad quality product and poor customer service.
Too many pages of repeat articles, not easy way to shorten search.
You offer all kinds of discounts that are never available at checkout for multiple reasons. I would have ordered more, but it was too frustrating. Never got 40% off 4th or 5th one free. At one point had 6 items in my carts and no discounts and promotions applied. You loss. Finally order one sweatshirt for my wife and hope I won't regret it

My advise to anyone buying the T shirts is to go one size bigger.
Word should of been Made but Mad was used on the very thin t shirt that in pictures looked more like a sweatshirt.
Delivery was made more complicated than it had to be. And as I said above, I'm still waiting for part of my order.
As an aside, I did place another order because I think the shirts are clever and fun.

Second time I have ordered from Lilicloth. I hope the order processing and shipping goes better than my first order. Still waiting on items from my first order.
Too complicated. Lots of pop ups that I don't care about while trying to place an order. And the shipping cost is exorbitant IMO: $11 to ship one tee shirt? More than half again what I'm paying for the shirt itself.
A follow up: 3-1/2 weeks after placing the order, I had not received an email confirmation or record of my order, nor a tracking number. Having no luck finding a contact number or email for Lilicloth, I ordered the same tee a second time thinking I had failed to complete the first order. By Christmas Eve day, (24 days after the first order), nothing had arrived. The following Monday, after searching awhile for contact info, I was finally able to speak with a CS agent named Cerelia. She assured me the first order was on its way, cancelled the second order, and promised a refund on that one. The first order arrived later that same day! Don't know about the refund yet.
