Re my order - Received a message from Lilicloth but it only said "On it's way"... no idea of when! And the message also indicated that it was being shipped from another country and i would be alerted when the order reached the "destination country". Won't do this again.

Shopping was great but check-out was a hassle. I don't understand why prepaid cards aren't accepted. When I could finally get the order processed, then it was late in arriving for Christmas. It was disappointing for me because I didn't have gifts for the grandchildren. They were okay with it; they are all grown so they understood. The thing I didn't understand was why I got one piece at a time, not the whole order and some items were the same only different sizes. As aggravating as it was for me, all ended well and the complete order finally arrived on January 13th. I will continue to shop with Lilicloth[ I love their merchandise!

I accidentally ordered a shirt in the wrong size, which I realized immediately after ordering. The company policy on cancellations is "free of charge" as long as the product hasn't shipped yet. I could not find a link for the cancelation and I was not given an order number to refer to if I wanted to email customer service. Very bad customer service. I ended up purchasing the same product again, in the correct size, but the original t-shirt will be a waste. I guess I paid 2X the price for the product I wanted.

I ordered this in Mid November and just recently received the order. I ordered 4 items and have received 2 items. I have no idea if the other items will make it for Christmas. VERY disappointed in the delivery time. The logistics link is not helpful!
Only order if you have plenty of time for extended delivery.

Shopping was easy, shipping took about a month. PayPal notified me payment was made but Absolutely no feedback from the company, didn't know for sure the order was processed until products were delivered.
I had ordered two items, received one and then after two and a half weeks, had to contact you guys to get the other one delivered.

Cost of shipping seems high for the content (3 shirts), but otherwise this new experience with Lilicloth was pleasant. It's not Prime quality, (postage and return postage), but good.
The products are nice and the website was easy to use. The delivery was slow and communications around that were less than expected.

The page says 1st time shopper gets 10% off order. When I put the code in, it said I didn't met criteria. However, I could not find any such criteria.
