Very bad delivery system! We ordered 7 t-shirts and they came at unpredictable different moments, 14 days apart causing various inconveniences to pick them up because they weren't delivered at home but at a post point a ferry away.

I have ordered before, and a couple of items were not received, please credit towards this purchase

I had trouble with carting and adding products also sizes and colours.
Delivery was horribly slow.
The one product I had purchased for me turned out to be the wrong size as so with a few other products for the other intended person.

The site responded well. However, the product took much longer than expected to arrive. I wanted the items as Christmas gifts, but they arrived after and they are still sitting in the original packaging until I see the recipients of the gifts again as they do not live close by. There were three items ordered.

I was on the brink of clicking the order button then decided to research the seller a bit since I'd never heard of Lilicloth. 4.4 stars from Sitejabber. Great.

But wait. 1.1 star from BBB, with a special warning to consumers from the BBB itself. Similarly low ratings on other sites.

And what's this? Over 50,000 reviews on Sitejabber for Lilicloth--that's >5x more than Amazon, >10x more than Walmart, and almost 50x more than Macy's. Likelihood? 0, zero, zed, zilch.

Also note: Lilicloth has over 1,200 one-star reviews, a shocking & revealing number when you consider that it far exceeds the **total** number of reviews received by much larger national retailers like Macy's and Kohl's.

The **content** of reviews (as contrasted with the number of stars) tells the true story. Read a handful of 5-star then 1-star reviews at random and decide for yourself who's being truthful.

Don't get robbed of your hard-earned savings. And thank you to all the honest reviewers for protecting the rest of us who haven't yet been robbed. Honest souls can never outnumber hired shills, but your efforts still do make a difference.

I found the website a bit difficult to navigate. The very first items I put in my cart did not go through on order and when I noticed I contacted customer service and they were NOT helpful. If I wanted those items I had to place a whole new order and meet the minimum for free shipping all over again. I believe the minimum for free shipping is very high. Shipping time is extremely long compared to a couple other overseas companies. Products are very nice. I don't think I will order again until they can clear up a few of these things unfortunate faults.

Great looking if i was buying a long sleeve t shirt

Ordering was simple and easy. Items arrived in a timely manner and were as advertised. I would recommend this vendor to future customers.

This is the third time I have bought clothes online in less than 3 months. I am not that good with computers and I always have problems. I can't tell you how many times I've asked for help. They were very helpful and patient with me. The clothes look a lot better actually. Thank you for always being helpful, professional, and quick to respond.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, BUT ONE OF THE TWO PRODUCTS WAS WRONG. THE SHIRTS WERE MADE OF VERY THIN MATERIAL. PROBABLY WON'T ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Let down by the quality and fit. Must be Chinese material.

Items were received timely but were a little different than original pictures.

Love the product for my wife and daughter…still awaiting second item

Easy to use the website, however, the products are not always complete, i. E. missing hems, sleeves not finished. Some of the t-shirts shrink so badly, they go from being a large, to being a small. Had to give several away because of that shrinkage.
