LightInTheBox delay refunding my money more than 20 days. I've ordered ePad for Christmas, I've paid for shipping, but when it arrived, I found out that I have to pay again for shipping + duty tax. I have refused the parcel and I am still awaiting for refund more than 20 days!

Long story short - this website is great for ordering dresses. I've heard horror stories with regard to their electronics, but having ordered two dresses from them on separate occasions, I have been nothing but impressed. Neither of my dresses fit PERFECTLY but considering the price and the fact that I did not request custom sizing, it was not a surprise. I would still argue that you get more than what you pay for when ordering dresses from them. I'm a big fan and will continue to recommend them.
I ordered my first dress from lightinthebox back in August for a wedding in October. I did not do custom sizing. I range between a size 4 and 6 and heard you should order one size bigger from them, so I went with the 6. The dress arrived within 3 weeks. The upper portion of the dress was a LITTLE small (maybe I should have gone with an 8), but constructed beautifully. Basically the shoulder straps were not as long as I would have liked, so it was a little tight to get into, but I wore it to the October wedding and had numerous people tell me how much they loved it.
So I decided to order a second dress for a December wedding. This one was strapless, so I stuck with the size 6, figuring that I wouldn't have to worry about straps and the previous dress had fit perfectly otherwise. This dress also showed up relatively quickly. BEAUTIFULLY constructed. Nice material. The bodice had boning - it was extremely well made. When I tried it on it was definitely too long. I needed to have it hemmed, but once again, I got tons of compliments on it.
Wel... I didn't had the experience with them.
A friend of mine, bought a mobile phone with TV receiver.
I've used that and it was acceptable (seeing analog TV on it).
But... She can't use the phone call function. I think this phone don't recognise the SIM cards.
I'm not sure if she had another problem with them or not.

No. 1 – as you are using Chinese goods, you need to tell the customer to buy several sizes larger – you did not do this.
All I want from you is the instruction on how to return the bridal jacket that I purchased that is very, very small and I do not want to pay postage to return it – as it is your fault that you do not give the customer the correct sizing information. Your policy of dropping the investigation after 48 hours is also ridiculous. It is the summer and people are on vacation. I was away from a computer when you sent that 48 hour deadline email.
If I do not get any satisfaction from you I will post a comment on the following website about how you deal with your customers. I expect an answer as quickly as you demanded my reply. I will be leaving town again shortly.

I just received this survey and filled it out. When I went to send it and I also included a long message repeating my problem, I noticed on the bottom that the survey said not to reply to the survey.
Why did you send it? If I cannot reply to it. That is the stupidest thing I ever heard of.
If I do not get a reply about my problem from you in the next 14 hours I will post my complaint on the site I mentioned below.

This company seems fraudulent. I cannot find a phone number and my order has been paid for but is "not found" on the website. My tracking number is unknow.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this website unless you want to be ripped off.
I recently purchased a video surveillance clock. The directions were impossible to read. I had to enlarge them several times to read them. Now I can read them but they were impossible to understand and follow.No luck. After being told to buy a new memory card via e-mail from the company, I still cannot get the motion function to work or set the time. After four additional e-mails, they have stopped writing to me altogether.
The clock was way over priced and I have learned my lesson - NEVER to buy from them again.

What in the world is REALLY going on?! On february 27, I was searching for my dream wedding dress. I found that dress on lightinthebox. I ordered the dress on the very same day. My payment was confirmed and received on that very same day. The status read that my order would be shipped around april 5. Well, it is april 6 and the status of my order has not changed since the 27th of february. I have not received an email or a telephone call and no one is responding to my "tickets." Which is a request that we have to submit after an order is placed. Once an order is placed you cannot talk to customer service apparently. Anyway I would just like some type of status update. I mean, come on, this is my WEDDING DRESS! Lastly, I submitted a review similiar to this on their site and I promise you! Within 10 minutes they erased my post off the site. I am very worried. At this point I am not requesting my money back or anything of the sort... just the dress, at least an update of the status:-(
Don't buy anything from www.lightinthebox.com. Let me tell my story. I bought this tablet from Lightinthebox.com. It is more expensive than that from other sellers. I would have paid more to get higher quality product. However I was wrong. It took three weeks to receive this tablet. When I got it, I found it was a defective product, which was a block spot on screen. I can send you the pictures I took on black spot if you want to see. I contacted seller to tell them it was a defective product. No response. I went online to chat with seller. They said that you had to wait until response. If you did not like to wait, you could sue us. Does any buyer tolerate this ridicules answer? I had no choice to contact Paypal and hold my payment. Seller immediately responded. Then I returned this tablet via USPS. It took other 4 weeks to get refund and reimbursement for return cost. However, Paypal charged me a fee $11.4 for refund and reimbursement of return cost. I contacted seller to argue on the fee. Seller said they don't want pay the fee. Does any buyer want to pay a fee for refund and return cost when you receive a defective product? It was seller's fault to send a defective product. Seller should pay for everything. If you don't care about your money, you buy it from Lightinthebox.com.
The reviewfbi.com gives so much positive comment, obviously it's written by their own staffs, who totally submit poor reviews for any other website besides itself. So IGNOBLE motives!
I have bought cell phones from them, at the first sight of it. I was so angry. Thoroughly different from what I saw from their website. Beautiful pic but poor product, totally RUBBISH. Without the EU charge, what's more, can't use in my country. Oh, my god, I can't bear it...
Contacting their customer service, no one respond to me the whole day. With great difficulty, a fellow gave me an answer. But he said he can't refund me, said that there is no proof of it... I'm so regret that I didn't pay though paypal! It's a big fraud! Poor product, poor service! RUBBISH! I will never have a look of it from now on.

Despite payment through Paypal, the product I ordered never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they said they need a photocopy of my credit card and passport.
Luckily Paypal has a good dispute resolution mechanism and I was given a refund.

I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND TO SHOP IN LIGHTINTHEBOX WEBSITES items looks good only in the sites and when you received after waiting for several weeks late? It is just a piece of junk... My dress and shoes order came one week late for the occasion, the quality is not that good for the asking price { which I think it's too pricey} and it is bigger than they stated on the website dress size charts, and the shoes is one size smaller. The customer service through email will take you in a wheel of circle until you run out of the 7days return policy, you have to pay for S/H to return which you don't know if will make it back safe to China AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK, it will just make you angry dealing with them...
I ordered a lit faucet from the company. I installed it after a little trouble adapting it to my system. After a week of use, it started leaking in a couple of points and before I could find a way to repair it, the lighting system shorted out. I asked for their assistance repairing it and their only response was "sorry, the company won't let us do that outside of the SEVEN (7) day return policy, would you like $50 gift certificate to buy more things from us."
I ordered from this company on the 7th, it is now the 23 and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED! I have tried contacting them about getting my money back, and they keep pushing back my shipping date and tell me if they don't get it shipped by X date my money will be refunded! It is a website based in China selling different type of products such as clothing, computers, cell phones, etc... Prices are reasonable but I can't say cheap. I ordered 2 evening dresses because of their beautiful designs, but I was not happy with what I received at all. One of them has nothing to do with the picture they had put on the website and both had the worst fabric and tailoring quality. The problem is they were really friendly and helpful before sale but they were rude after sale, I tried to chat with them online but they disconnected me. I put 2 messages asking them to instruct me how to return the dresses but they just keep ignoring me. There is no telephone number on the website. After 2 weeks I finally decided to put a review for the dress but they have not upload my review. So this is the only way I could tell other people to prevent this website as I have already lost £184.

I have to return two cell phones to this website located in china. These cell phones cost $139.99 but
Does not detect AT&T sim cards. It took them more than two weeks to reply with
Forms to exchange the defective cell phones. The website says it will only take 24 hours for customer service to get back to you but it took me more than 12 e-mails in 2 weeks. The worst part is that they already received the item back which I spend $40 with tracking but they never get back for status pass 2 weeks until this date. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
