I bought my wedding dress through this company. I had it made to custom measurements, and it fit perfect. It was beautifully made with nice, thick material (satin and organza in ivory). It was inside out when I got it, in a zip-lock plastic bag, inside a sturdy box. I received the dress 36 hours earlier than anticipated through FedEx. As soon as Light in the Box had sent the parcel to the shipping company, I had received an email with a tracking number, and I could follow the delivery process to Italy. I am very happy and satisfied and will buy clothing from them again. This is a honest and true review based on personal experience.

I am so pissed! I ordered these pair of boots and I wanted the ones in the picture. I read over the reviews and questions to try and find out what color the ones in the original picture was. Luckily, someone had already asked what color they were, and they got the reply, "brown." So I ordered a "brown" pair. I was a little doubtful, so I decided to contact them myself. I've been checking everyday since my order to see if I read it wrong, and to wait for them to reply back. I finally got my reply AFTER 72 HOURS, in which I wasn't allowed to get a FULL REFUND, and they said the ones in the picture were yellow! I was so angry. So I thought to myself, this couldn't be right. I went back to that one question that I've been reading for the last few days over and over so that I know I had gotten the right color, AND THE ANSWER WAS CHANGED TO YELLOW. The answer was literally CHANGED to yellow. So I ordered another pair and was hoping they would exchange it for me but THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND. They're the ones that said it was BROWN IN THE FIRST PLACE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could, NO STARS.
Excellent cannot fault them in any way. Both dresses are beautiful and more than what was expected. The delivery was fast and the colour of both perfect. Thank you.

Light in the Box remade them and sent a new pair- free of charge. Very impressive! I ordered some of their TS line clothing, but beware: it's for the Asian market and runs about 2 sizes too small. I'm a Med. And the only thing that fit was an XL. It's all really well made, though. Order 2 sizes large...

P purchased a set of Bluetooth headset for my PS3. The ID of the ear piece is around 2" and OD is 3.25". The reason I say this is that it doesn't totally cover my ears. However, they are very comfortable. I had no problems mating the two together. Lightinthebox was very helpful in answer all my questions about the headset before I purchased them. They sound great and the price if far better that what I would have paid for another set that sells for around $85.00.

The colors and sizes are true to the form... having a color chart and size diagram takes al. The guess work out of the day. I was concern that with such low prices the materials may not be as good and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRIZED.

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
