Purchased LG LED TV... within warranty period the scroll of remote thrust inside even when it was used with utmost care & caution by two adult persons...when complained it said to be physical damage by both technician & LG Senior head Prince Ojha even without visiting & seeing the remote which is not covered in warranty & for which I have to pay for remote replacement as well as delivery charges...the LG senior head was also very rude...it was my first purchase from the brand & in future would never ever purchase any product...& would also try to go to consumer forum & lodge a complaint so that they are penalised for the same...so please avoid this brand since my experience was horrible

LG STOVE

The stove is absolutely horrbile. The fire is a like a torch. I have burnt myself on 3 different occasions.The customer service is absolutely horrific. They have told me twice that refund was approved, had me sent the proof of purchase and then said the refund was never approved. They are rude, unprofessional and do not provide thruthful, accurate information. I have been dealing with this issue since Sept/Oct of 2022.

LG Microwave with smart diagnosis

Buyer beware. I have owned what I thought was a very nice LG microwave with smart diagnosis for 1 year and 8 months. It recently started getting really hot on the outside, and not heating the food. Called customer service, and they told me that they basically diagnosed it over the phone just like the smart diagnosis would do. Said they could send out a tech, but that would most likely be more than buying a new one. 1 year and 8 months is all this microwave lasted. I will not be buying another LG product.

If I had known how BAD their customer support was, I would have purchased a different brand. You cannot reach any live agent with a question - the computer lady blocks you. They gave me terrible information to get my repair and now cannot get anyone to assist. NO MORE MONEY TO LG FROM ME!

STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO FIX MY LG FRIDGE OF 4 YEARS OLD
LIVING OUT OF MY COOLERS IN THE KITCHEN.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, THEY JUST KEEP PASSING THE TORCH ALONG. OH YA, BE PREPARED TO STAY ON THE PHONE AT LEAST A COUPLE HOURS, BETTER YET. JUST TAKE OFF THE WHOLE DAY FROM YOUR JOB BECAUSE YOU WILL BE ON THE PHONE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS ME THERE IS NOBODY IN MY ARIA LG CERTIFIED TO REPAIR IT.

NOW, YOU TELL ME HOW CAN LG SELL PRODUCTS IN MY ARIA AND HAVE NO AUTHORIZED REPAIR PERSONNEL. SO THEY ARE LYING TO THE PUBLIC ON THERE WARRANTY... LG SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THERE PRODUCT IN ARIAS IF THEY CAN NOT BACK UP THERE WARRANTIES.

SECOND:THEY NEW THEY HAD A ISSUE WITH THERE COMPRESSORS GOING BAD AND DID NOT ADDRESS IT AND SEND OUT RECALLS TO THE CUSTOMERS. DON'T SIT AND WAIT FOR THEM ON REPAIR, SUCK UP YOUR LOSSES AND GO BUY A NEW. GE FRIDGE.

Waiting over 3 months for a refund of 606.00 on an order they cancelled and said can no longer deliver this product.
Each and every phone call ends the same way. " you should receive a refund confirmation email within 2 -3 days. "

Worst customer service ever

Believe all of the reviews. LG has THE WORST customer service ever. The level of incompetence is astounding I don't know how they are even in business. Stay away - just do not purchase an LG product. I purchased an LG dishwasher direct from LG.com and it was delivered and installed and it has not worked from day 1. Trying to get the issue resolved has been an exersize in pure insanity. I am still waiting and losing hope that LG will ever get this resolved while I have a shiny new non working over $1000. Dishwasher in my kitchen that does not work. LG seems incapable of functioning to resolve this. I have spent hours of my life (6 hours and counting) on the phone going round in circles with them, hours waiting for people to show up at my home, now I am waiting for a supposed replacement.

I purchased a range that required 3 repairs within 1 year. Now I am up to 5 repairs in less than 3 years. LG refuses to replace this product that they know is defective. I am so disappointed with their solution, which is to continue sending out a technician. I will never purchase another LG product.

Very unhappy with my LG dishwasher

Do not buy LG!
We purchased an LG dishwasher 3 Years ago and it's a lemon!
It has not worked more than it has worked
We've had about 6 services done on it. They replaced tons of parts including the door.
December 23rd a technician came out and said our pump has broke and he would order another one. We have heard nothing so I called King and state the warranty and they said last week they would look into it and I would hear back Thursday or Friday... Nothing
So I called again today and the lady said she would look into it and get back to me. When she called back she said that they actually no longer make that part so they can not come and fix it, but will give me a $350 credit to the place we purchased it from but it can only be used on a dishwasher. LOL where are you buying a dishwasher now a days for $350, I will never purchase LG again

DO NOT BUY

We bought a brand new appliance package from home depot in December. Refrigerator went out within 6 weeks of install. LGs customer service is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. We are now going on 5 weeks and they have done absolutely nothing for us. I will never buy another product from LG EVER again!

My LG french door fridge was leaking from the water line. Called Sears appliance first. Bad decision. Finally made an appt with LG directly. Kevin Culligan came out and in no time fixed my problem. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Cordial, knowledgeable and professional. Easy, peasy!

Do not buy LG product

I bought LG dishwasher 4 months ago, I noticed there is a crack on the keypad, when I opened a ticket with LG to fix it they told me this is not cover by the manufacture warranty and I have to pay for it.4 month after you buy a Dishwasher the keypad break that considered manufacture defect. I will never by and LG product it is useless and break easily.

I was successful in booking an alleged reputable repair for fridge only if I entered a credit card, successfully cancelled it with 24 hours with LG as I was able to fix the ice fan myself (thank you YouTube) but the "pending" charge remained and was not refunded even 16 days post cancellation. That is fraud in my books. They say they need two billing cycles to refund money?! No one else needs that much time to refund money? Why do they? Still out $340. So do not order repair through LG. Or better yet do not buy LG appliances (based on posted reviews)

Appalled by the response for a refund for our compressor replacement. We have ten years warranty on the compressor, and apparently, the PCB board was replaced without our knowledge. LG has no proof apart from a report sent to them and no image evidence to say it was replaced, so they will not refund the money! A joke of a company will never repurchase LG! Pointless writing a review, TBH, as they will never reply or acknowledge it anyway!

If you need a part for lg appliances forget it.one of the worst customer service.my washer's door explode one night on off.just after one year.lg did care and i could use my almost new washer until I found a use door on ebay by coincndence.whats a shame for a company who said they are the best!

I purchased a LG HI85LA projector and after one hour of use it developed a problem. Talking to someone at LG is impossible. I got disconnected from their live chat 4 times, their customer service phone number does not allow you to speak with a representative and their online "repair form" site doesn't work. I have had similar frustrations in the past with other LG products. This home theatre project must be up and running in the next week so after spending hours trying to talk or communicate with LG, out of frustration, I just placed an order for an Epson projector to replace the brand new LG HU85LA that I can't get repaired!

No accountability

Bought my LG washing machine two and a half years ago and surprise surprise it blows up just after the warranty runs out. Had it assessed and it comes back as oil in the motor but LG is taking no responsibility as the machine shouldn't have oil so the blame is on me like I would open the machine and pour oil in it.
