Warranty work is near impossible to get scheduled. I had over 20+ messages on stovetop and dishwasher. Would not advise purchase of appliances. I am awaiting a check for cost of dishwasher. They don't pay you back for installation costs. Never again will I purchase anything from LG
LG front loading washer are of poor quality. Before front loaders had an inside light. New models the light has been removed. Very difficult to see if clothes were left behind. Instead of improving their products LG has chosen to remove features. Seems the inside light was removed so you don't see the mold that grows inside the machine. Expect a 6 years life span from your washer, after which be ready to spend some hefty legal tender repairing or repurchasing. Steer away from LG washers.
I spent a substantial amount of money on a dryer an to be sent a faulty product an it completely be redeemed NON REPAIABLE by the LG techs they sent out to my house an then be told oh well your out of warranty after only having this brand new dry for not even a whole 2 years and they are telling me I'm out of luck if there was a 0 star to be given i would i have been going back and forth with LG for 4 months now an they are telling me im $#*! out of luck to bad i got sent a faulty dry oh well they don't care
LG has terrible customer service. Do not buy their products. The manual states clearly that the rear decor filler for the stove is provided. After repeated emails and calls from ourselves and home depot they refused to provide the part. They lied and said that the part was not available. Home Depot agreed that this was part should have been included and has agreed to pay for the part. I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Expert and received the part today. Guess what, the actual part was shipped to Parts Expert from LG Canada.
I am giving one star to LG applicances because there is no 0. My refregirator died after 3 years and I am still waiting for a call back after a week. The refrigerator was listed at 4,999.00 back in 2019. Looks great but that is it. Life is very bad with LG.
I ordered a washer and dryer combo and it was delivered without the necessary parts to have the machines both up and running (missing fill hose, etc.). The dryer storage pedestal also arrived damaged. I called LG customer service on the day the washer/dryer was delivered to report these issues and spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service to get the issue resolved. I was told by the customer service agent that they'll speak with the appropriate team to get the necessary parts that were supposed to come with my washer/dryer combo delivered to me. One week later, I haven't heard back. I call again and spend nearly 3 hours on the phone, on hold for most of that time, and each time I'm put off hold, it's a new customer service agent speaking with me. I had to explain my problem at least ten times. I will never buy directly from LG again. This is such a painful, difficult experience. Business and customer service shouldn't be managed like this. The parts should have arrived in the first place. I shouldn't have to spend over 4 hours trying to get the problem resolved, only to wait again to see if the parts will eventually arrive. HORRIBLE!
They were supposed to to fix the washer and dryer twice I waited for them to send someone else they cannot find anybody so they agreed to send me a check for months I waited for an email texted them call them repeatedly they would not the proper documents so I can get my refund after promising me a refund they hindered at the process email their companies and corporate trying to get the process settled finally after calling is bb&b after months of deliberation they finally called me and said that the warranty was expired and I had no warranty because it was past the expiration date which if they waited and messed around with months and months and months of hindering the situation my expiration date would not have ran out it was absolutely absurd ridiculous they couldn't even give me half my money back for the time consumed and the promise that they had given me I thought it was absolutely ridiculous I didn't even combo unit washer dryer for a month and it was to leak after promising me they would send somebody out and not doing that they couldn't even give me half the money back I thought it was absolutely absurd disgusting people and incompetent Corporation I will believe them again!
My new Range panel control stop working after 2 months I called the customer service they sent some one to fix it they had to order the parts witch it took couple of weeks 3 weeks after the panel stop working again I called the customer service they sent some one again he ordered the parts worked for 2-3 weeks and stopped working again I called the customer service they said they going to replace the whole range it's been 3 months I have no range I call the customer service every week they always say some one will call me in 24 hours but no one calls
Buyer Beware. Whether you get extended warranty or not and you live outside of any city limits, you will not get service. They may even promise a prorated cheque for your appliance and lie to you about sending it after you have docusigned a document and sent pictures of said appliance and pictures of your serial number destroyed. This happened to me with their most expensive washer and dryer set. Washer died after 2 years with a 10 year warranty. I still have not gotten a cheque and never will. The call centre staff are answering from home and you have to listen to everything in the background. I asked to speak to corporate or their finance department but was told I could not. They would escalate for me yet again after 12 phone calls over 4 months. You will never get a follow up email or call. Awful Company. No Stars... BUYER BEWARE
Purchased LG Washer & Dry THIN Q Black stackable less than two 2 week old WASHERS NEW LG WKEX200HBA 204KWMK7P539 07/12/22 07/25/22 07/25/23 07/25/27. The washer door not closing properly and the washer door seal appears torn in three places and grey rubber pieces throughout the machine and clothes. LG will not replace an appliance under 30 days. We have an extended warranty, registered the appliance and contacted the Canadian Appliance Source (purchased & their contractor installed) and LG Customer Care. LG Customer Care informed us it takes them 3 - 5 days just to schedule an appointment for look at it. First time purchasing LG and it is a poor start and a long process to even schedule a repair.
We have been trying to get a Lg refrigerator fixed for 2 months under warranty. We have had 10 so called technicians out at our house it is literally a joke. Still not working this is how Lg treats people at this point they should do the right thing and replace their junk. We probably have 20 hours on the phone and it does not include the time dealing with and waiting for technicians. Please save yourself the headaches and don't buy anything Lg.
I will NEVER buy an LG product again! I have had a refrigerator for 2 years they have already fixed an issue once the same issue has happened again and they will do nothing about it! Their Quality is CRAP a gallon space should hold a half gallon of milk and the first shelf should hold 3 small pickle jars without breaking!

I bought an LG tv in Best Buy for the 2nd time and both times the tv has given me problem with the HDMI portals and i placed a 5 year warranty on the tv and i called and LG and they keep giving me the same information that it has to wait 7 days for someone to call and they can't switch the tv out and its all BS! Im still waiting for them to give me a call
Three weeks supported by emails with no response I would not recommend their products, Customer Care does no exist.

I've had this piece of crap for three months!
They've tried repaired five times and it still does not work. I've been waiting two weeks for somebody to call me to let me know if they're gonna replace it or give me my money back? Customer service sucks I would not recommend buying anything from this company. If I could give it a negative score I would.
A 3700. 00 refrigerator died in less than 2 years. This company does not support products they sell. If you call customer service don't expect help. Took me weeks to have corp office to call me. After two months still trying to get this resolved.
Lg has the worst customer service. Bought a LG oled tv worth *******. Panel problem in just 4 months and customer care service not resolving the problem even after 12 days.
Will never buy another LG TV again. Claims "smart TV" yet simple apps such as HBO can't be downloaded. A waste of money, spend an more extra $50 to buy any other brand or go with a cheaper "fubo" that can do it all. LG sucks.
I have purchased top load fully automatic washing machine in 2018 in warranty period it works fine but after warranty period in till now in almost 3 years my machine has gone under repair for 6 times i think lg has not looking towards its product quality
As of now I can only say don't buy any lg products
Answer: They have dangerous appliances, and refused to reimburse us for the repair of an almost new (but over 1 year old) oven that was clearly a manufacturing defect (see image.)
Answer: THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SEND OUR REFUND AFTER PROMISING WE HAD SENT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.
