Garbage

I hate this app. Every time I use it I receive at least two or three responses from people I apparently must have asked if item was still available. The app on my computer is even worse then the phone. It locks up constantly and will not search for Items I've entered into the search bar. For a better place to sell and buy things go with Facebook Marketplace.

Unsafe

I was new to the app. Was selling a couple of James Avery rings that I hardly ever used. Some guy under the name Victoria Martinez replied the following the after my posts so the whole conversation goes on and she agreed to meet half way because the original address was toward Leon Valley San Antonio which was 50 min from me for an extra $15. There was no way I could tell this was a scam. Till I got there she sends a message saying her boyfriend will get it. But, I end up having 3 men and one with a gun in a hand pointed at me... never again will I use this app. Theyve obviously done it before and will do it again. I had my daughter in the passenger seat with me so you can only imagine how terrified she was.

Terrible selling/buying place. Presently, I have 5 items that I have "repeatedly" confirmed that I want to buy; yet over a week's time, sellers do not get back to you to make the purchase. What's the point? Going to close my account. PS, hundreds of negative reviews!

Site doesn't load

This site is not loading properly... I viewed after being directed to the FAQ from the app. Nothing is loading except a notice that says I have no results near me. Get your site together.

You get are a bunch of "Is it available?" and if you respond with yes, you never hear back from the person. I no longer respond to those. Usually if the person is a serious buyer, they will persist in trying to get communication from you...and that's how I've sold the few items I have. If they stop communication after asking that I block them. Thank goodness for the block feature!

I have screenshots and emails to prove that I have requested the inaccurate review on my account to be dealt with and Letgo did absolutely nothing. So I quit using it and requested my account be deleted and they never did. I would not recommend using Letgo app because they do not deal with issues and they have control of deleting your account and I have had no success in getting my account deleted.

It's gotten totally ridiculous with all the scammers on the used auto's. Letgo will not even attempt to stop or block them. So I had to block Letgo.

The only way is to contact their customer support and ask them to hopefully do it for you.

Letgo is a terrible app. It constantly bobards you with notifications on items you have no interest in. It notifies sellers of people that have looked at their item for sale and tells them they are interested when they have not chosen to notify the seller. The settings constantly rest to default every time you close the app. If you did a search on a product you will get notifications on that product all day long. 10 new postings on dishwashers. But i already purchased one! Stop notifying me!

Why the he%!*ll can I not access my chat with a party that blocked me? The conversation was fully accessible up until the moment the other person blocked me while stealing from me. That I would need to screen copy myself on the website to prevent theft is ridiculous. Their policy protects criminals and they know it but you don't care. Never will use Letgo again.

Rip off site that will flood you with emails. There is no way to shut it off. You cannot delete your account once you open it. Terrible company and terrible app.

I am a real estate agent and thought I would advertise a couple of listings. Within a few hours Saturday morning I got about 12 messages.
The one thing I dont like about these new selling apps or even Facebook Marketplace is the auto-filled questions that is made available to people. It makes people so lazy that they cant even write out a question that pertains to the items you are selling. I can advertise a home loan program and someone will send an auto-filled question of do you have more photos?
So back to those 12 messages regarding my listings. I responded to every single one within seconds of getting them and NOT ONE person responded back!
So how is it that all these people responded to my ad but yet nobody answered back?

Not impressed how it works. Have had numerous "I'm interested" also asking where item is for sale. It's now apparent that 1% are truly interested. I now ask a question like "what one thing made you interested?". Adults came to see and played a bunch of games leading us on. I cannot recommend Let go.

I have never, ever, used a platform as buggy as this one. Seems like 13 year olds developed this at best. Stay away, very far away. You will become ticked off very quickly at how buggy this steaming pile is.

Extremely annoying

After about a week I uninstalled the ap. Just about every time I woould click on a picture letgo would send a text to a seller without my prompting or permission. And the notifications I got on my phone were extremely annoying. If they fix it, MAYBE I'll consider reinstalling it and trying again.

I was a beta tester for this app before it took off & i would help them find out what glitched, what needs work & what other problems arise. I started to use the app more often to sell things to make extra money because my real job don't pay squat & i need to pay bills. About after a few years, until today i got a message stating "account under review" that i been flagged & to contact them. I got 5 stars from more than 60 people & nothing less than 5 stars. I never posted selling pets, drugs, weapons or anything illegal/prohibited. I've delt with the "is it for sale & no responses after", Low Balling like 75% off, the retaliations of not selling lowballed & over overkill staff relistings. There response is they don't need a reason to tell me why my account is gone. I would not be surprised if a lawsuit happens. They are preventing income to my household to provide for my family.

Ad responders constantly ask a question then blow you off. Or say they're interested, wanna meet, then blow you off. It's very frustrating and time consuming when you stuff is in storage! I'm going to stick with Craigslist.
