I have never seen so many nuts in my life and ******* questions and then they blow you off. Tire kickers would be a polite way of putting it. I don't want to meet anyone to sell stuff too, I almost soon as throw in dump as to deal with this site and people.

Get rid of Allison

Me along with over 30 overs have reported Allison of being annoying and harassing. Trying to block her does not work because you still get messages from her it says that she's blocked but it still ask you if she can repost your stuff if they cannot fix this in one week I will get rid of letgo that used to be a five star app. Now because of this harassment one is as low as you can go

Listing gosts

I sold a motorcycle over 3 weeks ago and promptly marked it as sold then moved on but let-go did not let it go. I have had more chats asking after I sold it than before! The same for a car I sold but not as many and stopped after a week. I removed app from my phone because no longer have anything to sell but chats & notifications roll in constantly including Allison even after I Blocked her.

If you're looking to sell somethings you don't need anymore, don't use this app. Some of the major issues I face were: 1. Placed my google map location 100 miles away so no one in my area contacted me. 2. Put my listing under "null". 3. No way to renew a post, so, after a few days I'm sure no one saw it anymore. 4. Actually had someone working for them tell me I should lower the price on my item. I ended up selling it in facebook marketplace instead at my original asking price. Then when I decided I didn't want to have the account anymore it was a nightmare figuring out how to delete it. When I finally found the contact us form and started filling it out to ask for a deletion, that's when the info on how to delete it came up. Guess what it was. Send a message to ask for a deletion. Terrible Experience, bad customer service, and horrible app.

I blocked the virtual assistant Allison, and then she started marking my items Not Available, when i tied to used her to promote sales before my move. NOTHING HAS SOLD! ALL my items are now NOT AVAILABLE

Nothing but spam

Originally letgo was great. Easy to use and it actually worked. Now it is nothing but spam and is unusable. If I want to jut check a price on something, it sends an email to the seller who then responds back, plus letgo never lets go. It keeps on sending trend and sales data. Better to just not use it.

I found it disturbing that a virtual Assistant has administrative rights to your listings. I have experienced my listing removed because Letgo Virtual Assistant felt that it didnt sell fast enough. Secondly, the virtual Assistant will ask you if you want your listing to be uploaded again. I didnt want it deleted by her in the first place.
It appears that the seller has no administrative rights to the items that they are selling.

"tire kickers"

App should be called tire kickers bc thats about all the action you will see. Use this app if you like garage sale people bc you will get nothing for your stuff if at all. This app is filled with people that just want to pretend they are deal making. Sold two items over 1.5 years and many hours wasted txt loosers. You will do well with selling "free" stuff good luck

Wonderful idea! I have bought some things easily and inexpensively, that I needed when my grandson was coming to visit. But I don't need to buy things every day or every week or every MONTH. I received daily emails about items I already purchased. I got so many alerts all night long on the app that I had to delete that. I have written two emails begging them to take me off their email list and only get a canned response. Their marketing is intrusive and takes over like a disease. There's got to be a better way, so the customer has a little control.

WORTHLESS, USELESS

I cannot express how worthless this website is. I was trying to post different items from the same store and the website kept deleting my post because they claimed that I was posting duplicate posts. Have they not heard of same item, different shades and colors. I got tired of this worthless app and deleted all of my stuff. I even told them that Offer Up and 5 miles were way much better. Don't waste your time on this worthless app.

Tries to post your ad as soon as you load a picture. It then goes through steps to keep adding information like price, description, etc. Have to keep deleting and readding pictures to try to get them in the right order. Very annoying app but I still use it but mostly for buying.

They offered it for free and everyweek their brain washed rep calls for pay subscription and I tell her I would not pay them a dime and I get all total morons wasting time clicking " I am interested " which waste even more of my time to reply and the result is always the same, no reply! We try to delet our account and they made it so hard to do and that tells you all you need to know as they are begging to have members so they can con wall street they are viable to get a stock offering, don't be used, close it now unless youa re one of those looser with no life clicking on items you can never afford.

Data and GDPR

This firm is acting against the law.
After spamming me (I never signed up for anything) I ordered them to remove all me data. As I am in Europe they are, according GDPR, obliged to do so.

Week I had experienced earlies with them not following the countries laws. And still the do not do this.

Someone wants to sue this awful company?

Everyone seems to be experiencing harassment from a fake robot named "Allison". You can block her fifty times and it won't matter, it still comes back to tell you to that "she" can help you relist". I can NO LONGER get into my account's profile to delete the account and I've tried for weeks. I'm now calling this website as fraudulent. It's invasive and reporting an issue does NOTHING. LETGO is a pathetic excuse for a website and the only thing they are good at is harassment. I will be reporting it to the Federal Trade commission.

I complained to them about blocking my account for absolutely no reason and they cost me a sale on a wagon. Now some rude employee has been playing games with my ad. They changed it from. $50.00 to free. It was more of a problem to the person coming to get the wagon from another town than it was for me. Now my wagon is not even posted. It shows up in my profile, but not for everyone to see. I even tried searching it and it still doesn't show up. It is now also hard to get the app to load. Such an unprofessional and immature thing to do.

Letgo automatically names your item by the picture I have noticed that it is naming items wrong and people posting don't notice or forget to change the item title. This could not be good if someone is looking for a particular item by searching because it is wrong ont he title Also, the new message icon is too close to the pic and we keep hitting it accidentally this is frustrating to someone selling who keeps getting "interested" messages when someone acidentally hit it!

Horrible

The site and app are both totally unusable. Pictures can't be zoomed into at all on the site and are too grainy to gain anything on the app. The app sends messages to users from my account non stop, the site won't reload search history after viewing an item, and has a pop up literally every 45 seconds.
