I was very pleased with my lens quality once I got them back. The only issue is I waited almost a whole month before getting my glasses back. I would definitely recommend Lensabl but just be prepared to wait for a while.

Took them forever to get them to me. I can't see out of them. Total waste of $420.
This was my first order. I wanted to replace my blue mirrored sunglasses lens with the red mirrored. The mirrored lenses cost extra too.
Lensabl received my frame on 5/23/22. I received the glasses back on 6/25/22. The lens weren't mirrored. Just orange lenses. I contacted support. It took them 2 days to get back to me and had me send the glasses back to the lab (ticket *******).
Today 7/13 I received my sunglasses back. Same lenses. Wtf! How are these "mirrored"? They even included the previous lens in the box. After close examination, the right lens doesn't even sit properly at the frame.
Such a poor experience. Absolutely stay away.
The service took almost 2 months. I also sent my glasses in the Mykita hard case. The shipping box was flimsy. The glasses where returned without the hard case. When I asked to have it returned they said you should have read where it states not to send it in. I asked for a replacement ( plenty on eBay for $40)and was told to pound sand.
It took me well over a month, possibly two (I think I've blocked it out) to get a pair of reading glasses with my own frames. First the box never came, apparently you sent it to some random address in West Hollywood. Took a couple of weeks for you to figure that out.
So I got my own box and sent my frames. Then I kept getting emails that my order was on it's way. It wasn't. I got it eventually and frankly the lenses are not great. Never again. So frustrating.

Hello, i shipped my bose frames and lenses to Lensabl, they fabricated my new lenses (progressive Rx plus responsive to light changes), they arrived but did not fit in glasses frames (quality control hiccup, but no worries... yet), i shipped them back, they remade the lenses and shipped back to me, this took me time to figure out, but after validating with my eye doctor office (visits and $), the lenses are not cut properly, and they bend the frame as a result, so the frame sits on my face with a "V" shape, thus distorting the progressive lenses, which causes me to be dizzy/spacy, its not the lens that is out of proportion, its that the lenses do not sit flat in the frame. In addition, when i recieved the "rework" on the second shipment, Lensabl did not return my Bose case and Bose green lenses, they said its not their responsibility as indicated in terms and conditions. So here i am, i have Lensable lenses that are incorrectlly cut to my frames, causing the frames to bow into a V, and distorting the correction of the lenses. Please send me Authorization to return these to Lensabl once more for re work and i will be very happy. Sorry it took so long, but i travel and had to make appointments with my eye doctor to figure this out, i can send pictures if you like. Thanks in advance for helping to make this right. I'm patient and do not seek a refund, just make them properly so they can be worn. I look forward to making a raving 5 star review after you correct a workmanship error.

The lens quality and delivery service was great, but my frames were quite misshapened when they were returned and have not fit the same since. Preserving the fit of the frames was one of the major reasons I got new lens instead of new glasses, so this was a disappointing. I got new lenses in two frames and only one frame has this issue whereas the other set was perfect.
Delays, then lab found lenses were wrong, then broke my frames. Said they would pay me for frames, but had to follow up after a week before getting paid.
Took Lensabl a few tries to get my glasses right and a lot more time than expected (weeks). Overall experience was terrible
If you need your glasses in a timely manner do not go to this place. They will take your money and not let you get a refund and just say it is in the production line for 3 weeks and that it fail and had to redo the glasses over and over.
I've sent multiple frames to be equipped with new lenses and I'm always happy with the experience and prices. Plus the eyeglass case that is returned with my frames is awesome. No complaints here!
I loved my old glasses frames and wanted to use them with a new prescription. I was able to get a new prescription and use my old frames. I SAVED $400 by using Lensabl. GREAT value and I love my glasses!
My right lens is messed up. I close my right eye to read up close. The process was almost three weeks. Not impressed.
I've had Lensable do lenses for my Versace and now Luis Vuitton frames. Both were taken care of very well with a high level of communication though the process.

I had a very good and responsive service and while others either could not provide the service to make my prescription lenses for my Bose glasses or did not want to take the risk. Lensabl provided this service knowing that I'm on the other side of the world and provided these lenses promptly and to the correct vision prescription. Thanks for the Service. While one of the items was missed, I eventually received the Sunglasses.
Replaced some old prescription glasses frames with prescription sunglasses lenses, fit and finish is nice, prescription seems dead on but unfortunately the sunglasses film aspect leaves quite a bit to be desired. The darkening film is not nearly dark enough, its just a little better than nothing but for a couple hundred dollars its not even in the ballpark of worth it. Makes me miss the days of contact lenses and a pair of simple Ray-Bans.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
