I wanted my old frames to have just a blue light lense after I had LASIK done. I've always been a glasses wearer and they felt a part of my image. The lenses that Lensabl installed are a perfect fit and pretty clear/no distortion like plastic lenses. I don't think that the lenses actually do anything about blue light compared to the blue light prescription lenses that I had before, but nice to have my glasses again. The whole process was easy and a great option for prescription, wouldn't do it for nonprescription though.

Problems with customer service.

Terrible customer customer service!

Took a month from order to receipt of finished product. Took 2 weeks from Lensable receiving my frames to shipping completed order, not the 3-6 buisness days advertised.

I initially placed two orders, but cancelled one when Lensable claimed to have shipped a box, but never delivered it to the post office. I exchanged multiple emails and left 3 unanswered telephone messages before canceling that order two weeks after it was placed. I had to dispute the credit card charge with the credit card company to get Lensable to refund my money.

The glasses I did receive are just fine.

Great company... mailed out my new frames with the prepaid shipping label I was provided, 1 week later I received my completed glasses, Perfect! Great savings compared to local optical shops... I highly recommend!

Took almost 3 weeks to go through the entire process of lens replacement (mostly it was to blame USPS service); however, the fit and finish of the lens was perfect on my frame. Would surely recommend lensabl to others. A bit expensive, but the quality of the product justifies the cost.

Lensabl glassed

Extremely pleased with using this service to get new lenses put into my existing frames. It was easy with the step by step process and the quick time it took to get help with changing my uploads. I also got the provided mailing package for my frames quickly and the return of my new glasses quickly.
Would definitely use again and refer to others based on customer service, ease of use. And great price.

Sunglasses

The process was fine, however, the glasses I received are not the correct prescription. I know this as i purchased glasses from another company with the same prescription and they are good.
I have asked for a remake and have not received a response to date.

Rough start... Great finish

After a couple of bumps in the road Lensabl corrected their mistake and delivered a great pair of script sunglasses at a good price. I will do business here again. Sam in customer service was helpful, truthful and delivered as promised.

I was searching for a way to get new glasses without having to go into a store. I ordered glasses online with lansabl and the process only took a few minutes. I received my glasses quickly and they fit perfect. My prescription is pretty complicated but Megan helped make sure it was done right and even followed up when I got them! This is my new eyeglass place from. Now on!

I ordered reading lenses to fit my Different frames more than one time. I had a special requirement of lenses. Every time it was a better than before experience. Lensabl's representative was extremely competent to understand what I needed. Lenses's cut were so professional that it was an easy job even for me to install by myself. High quality and material of lenses have been offered at a very reasonable price. Would be the only source for my glasses need in future.

Do NOT use this company. Took 4weeks and multiple e-mails to get my incorrect order. Wrong prescription, rendering the glasses useless. Lensabl refused to admit their mistake. They offered to put the right prescription in my frames if I would pay them again. Fool me once...

Customer NO Service

Fancy website and process but customer service leaves much to be desired! I ordered replacement lenses for my glasses and I wore them a few times and one of the lenses broke in half and almost shattered into my eye. Customer service is like Customer-NO-Service, very unhelpful! No apologies, no replacement, said it was not their problem. If they can't stand behind their product---I'd recommend looking else where.

Beware

I sent a pair of glasses in with the prescription. They claim they don't accept prescriptions as the process is automated. When my glasses were wrong last year they accepted the prescription. I did make a mistake on one lens as I didn't notice the error(I'm not an optometrist). They offered to correct it for an additional price. The process was to slow so i asked for a 50% refund as the other lens was wrong as well. They offered me a $25.00 refund. They aren't who they say they are. A prescription from a doctor I think would eliminate any errors. I would pass on Lensabl. Jim H.

I just received my sunglasses from Lensabl and I'm so so happy! They replaced the lenses in my designer sunglasses with mirror lenses and I couldn't be more thrilled with the result. Great company! Super fast service even in a pandemic! The service from the user-friendly website, to the quick shipment of the box, to the return of my sunglasses was flawless. Not to mention their arrival in a beautiful white case with lens cleaner. Will definitely recommend this company and use them again. I haven't taken my sunglasses off since I got them back! Thank you Lensabl!

Affordable & Fast!

I ordered two pair of sunglasses to be filled in my frames. I paid extra for rush processing so they would arrive before vacation. The progressive pair were perfect, as were the single vision. They came with cleaner and a cloth. The only part slightly annoying was that they didn't return the case my glasses were submitted in. The cases they provide are neat triangles but don't fit well in my purse.

Unbelievable!

I ordered prescription lenses and sunglasses. Both pairs are gorgeous and I wear them every day! I highly prefer the fine craftsmanship of these two pair of glasses to the ones I purchased for over $600 last year from my eye doctor. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family. They offer incredible deals and impeccable service and design!
