I sent my glasses in on June3, I received an email a couple weeks later confirming the style of my frames saying they are ready to send out. A week went by and I never got a shipping notification so I reached out, they said they had a problem with the lens on inspection so they were fixing it and sending them out. A few weeks went by with no update so I reached out, the responding by saying they had broken my frames and I was to pick a new pair or if I had the receipt they would reimburse me (I did not have a receipt). We could not find my original frames so the had me pick out new ones, after some time, I asked for an update and they said oh sorry we can't get you those ones, pick another. So I picked another, I was told they could get those ones and they would send them out ASAP. On Aug 17, I finally received a packaged from them, they are my original frames! This company has extremely poor customer service and I think they are also completely dishonest. I would never recommend of use them again.
I am very impressed with the work that was done, the product presentation, and follow up. Further, I would have probably recommended you to others. However, I sent my Gucci glasses in with the Gucci case to protect them and although I got my glasses back the case was not with them.
Process went smooth... pick-up and return delivery were within tolerable timing. Sweetspot on the lenses, don't overlap well... when right lens is sharp, left is a little fuzzy and vice versa. Since these are progressives and sunglasses, I'm seeing if I can tolerate it.
I wanted to salvage my late grandmothers vintage Dior sunglasses. They had her prescription lenses in them which made them unwearable but the frames are not longer made so I didn't know where I could go to get custom lens for them at an afforable price. I stumbled across Lensabl online and they were amazing! The process was seamless and I was kept up to date on when my frames arrived, and when they were on their way back to me. I would absolutely use Lensabl again!
This is my second time around buying from this company and I have to say it's the worse experience I've had with glasses ever. My glasses look like they were slightly sawed on the edges and whoever packaged it actually sent this out. Is there no quality control? I have a picture that proves my glasses did not have this cut. I want a full refund for both glasses and if this company can replace my frames that would be great.

Going on a month with no idea what's going on with my frames lens replacement, giving all these vague excuses and almost impossible to get a response from customer service unless you email them three times. I'm getting scared that my $550 Mr. Leight frames are missing and they're just giving me the run around. What is it with this company?
Happiness is getting great new lenses in old, comfortable frames. This was my first time using Lensabl. The organization seems very focused (couldn't resist) on customer satisfaction. The whole process took from 22 July till 14 August, not bad considering having to wait for the box first to send the frames to Lensabl and then wait to have them ship the order back. If you need your lenses in a hurry this way wouldn't work. I am very pleased with my new lenses. They fit well and the transition lenses align nicely for near, middle, and far sight. The packaging is professional and the collapsable case and cleaning kit nice. I am very pleased with the service. Thanks Lensable staff.
First order was for just sunglass progressive lens. Was so pleased that I ordered a pair of sunglass frames and progressive lens.
Lensabl got them perfect both times. Their instructions for measuring pupillary distance and other measurements was right on.

Everything went well. The only minor issue was that it seemed to take a while for the shipping box to arrive. I put my glasses in and fired it back and the amount of time to process the order and return the glasses seemed very reasonable.

First, I was happy that they answered me. I wrote 3 different emails & they answered in a timely matter. I am able to see with my glasses. The only issue that I had is the line in the middle, they are bifocals. I was wondering did they have no-line bifocals. I didn't see that option when ordering. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.

My glasses are perfect. The Raybans needed new and darker lenses although I loved the frames. Lensabl made them perfect.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
