So impressed! I ordered on Wednesday one week and got them the following Friday. Super fast and availability great.
I just received my stoggles back from lensabl and was super excited to wear them today. I just finished my shift and the glasses had broke the last hour. They are very cute and stylish, however may need improvement of quality.
I sent my specs in on July 17. They were received ( according to the Lensabl website) on July 19. In early August I contacted customer service ( via chat since there is no phone number to call) and was told the glasses had just arrived in the lab. I contacted nthem everym10: days and was told they just received the lenses. The excuses never ended. In early September I told them Imwasmgoing to the BBB, the state consumer protection agency, the FTC, etc. today is September 24. I received them yesterday.
Never again.
I've been a Lensabl customer since January 2018, and have placed multiple orders with them. The quality has always been good, even if their turnaround time is among the slowest in the industry, in my experience. My latest order came back with the left lens completely missing any prescription whatsoever. Just demo plastic. The frames also came back bent. I brought this to their attention two days ago, and they seem to be unsure how to handle my issue, and I feel like they're gaslighting me, implying there's something wrong on my end. So much for the "multiple quality checks" they assured me the glasses go through before reaching the customer.
I'm very disappointed with these lens. The right eye is good, but the left is no way close. What happen?
Bungled first two attempts to make new glasses, then shipped me someone else's bifocals. Really no evidence that they know what they are doing. Avoid. No sense of customer service.

I bought some bose sunglasses for my father as a present what i didn't know was that my dad's eyesight was getting bad, first time hearing about lensabl and i have to say they did an excelente job with the glasses and prescription is down to a t that he can see better than his own glasses, my father loves them!
As of this date I have Not received my glasses from you. I have checked my Mail Room and they have no record receiving pkg from you. At this point you should put a tracer on and see where the pkg went and who signed for it. Please advise... Thx
Purchased 3 lense replacements.
1) Frames not eligible, sent new frames to lab. Lab sent frames back untouched. I will dispute with my credit card company.
2) Lenses were not as expected, gray gradient, came with very little gradient and not a true gray. Requested redo- lenses received back exactly the same without work being done. I will dispute with credit card company.
3) Completed
Relatively easy order process. A little disappointed with wait time for completion and return of glasses but once received, nice job. Better communications on progress of order would have been helpful and appreciated.
I found the online instructions for measuring etc for my glasses clear except for one and I got an immediate answer from Lensabl Cust Service to help with that one issue.
My glasses arrived in good time and are just what I wanted.
I ordered brown frames and when I got the order confirmation it said black frames. So I emailed support and they emailed back that they had changed the order to brown frames. Then after waiting weeks for the order to arrive, wala!, I received black frames. I have no idea if they sent the lenses I ordered. I bought all the premium options and these glasses cost me a ton of money. The thing is I need these glasses now and I don't want to spend the time to dispute this and wait for a new pair. So I am keeping them. Yes, they screwed me royal. I wish they would take me off their mailing list. I will never do business with them again and I would never refer anyone to them.
BLUF: Do not try to be cheap and order thick lenses if you are purchasing lenses for your Razor sunglasses. Get the thin lens.

I ordered prescription lenses for my Anzu Razor Sunglasses. I made a mistake and assumed Razor and Lensabl consulted with each other and that Lensabl knew the exact specifications of the lens that would best fit the frames. This was because Razor advertises discounts at lensibl for purchasing Razor bluetooth sunglasses. The lens were too thick for the frame and I could not return them because of policy and I agreed to accept the risk there would be discrepancies if I did not send the frames in. Customer service emailed and explained all of this but I was too stubborn and wanted to insert the lenses myself. After all, the frames were designed to pop lenses in and out...

I have been trying to get lenses put in my glasses for literally 6 months. Though I'll acknowledge once the mistake was related to an incorrect prescription, the other two remakes also had some issue to the point where I'm just going to take them to someone locally instead. That being said, my issue stems primarily from the long delay in getting my glasses back to me and never communicating a tracking number once sent. Online, it always lists the "estimated time to shipment" as 6 days, though this has never been the case from my experience. The benefit is the customer service reps were very responsive and helpful. But >6 months to get one pair of glasses is a little unacceptable.
They were quick to answer my questions and get me what I needed to send my glasses back for a re do. It took 2 months to get them back.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
