I ordered prescription lens replacement for my glasses. I took 1 1/2 months to get them back. After several time using the glasses, the screw hold one of the prescription lens fell out. I tried to put it back, but it would hold. I contact Lensabli and there customer service was total useless. I explained the problem twice, and they accused me a mishandling the glass that caused the problem. They wouldn't even look at the lens or listen to my problem. Terrible company. Never use them again.,
There was a detaching of a problem with my glasses taking a month to return to me, the only downfall is I was not informed and had to reach out to the company, they responded within a few days for a update. Overall these glasses look amazing and the lenses are a perfect fit to the prescription I sent!
My order was created Aug. 4, I recieved ny product back Oct1. I was told that I would receive my b original lenses back for my bose tenor and I didn't. Also my left lense is 3 times as thick as the right and I can see in them. Hopefully this is resolved quickly. Waiting to hear back. Two start for presentation of packaging after return and the speedy responses while they had my product

I've been hoping to find a service like this for a while. My frames were great but the prescription had changed. Lensabl provided an easy and reasonably priced way to extend the life of an expensive set of frames. The new lenses are great. And the whole experience was easy and fast.

Glasses took several weeks. Nothing special about the order. The glasses came and there is massive reflection (when I look through the lenses I see the reflection of what is behind me and a reflection of my eye. Glasses are unwearable. I think the coating was misapplied. One of the lenses is also on the verge of popping out--it is loose. Am waiting for a return label so I can send back and have these done correctly or a refund.
It was my first time ordering from this company but decided to take a chance. I have a pair of frames that I love and just needed to replace the lenses. I read what the process is online and went ahead and placed the order. The manufacturing of the lenses and the delivery I think was very quick and smooth. The frame was impeccably and professionally packaged in a beautiful case and box. They also included a cleaning kit. The lenses are perfect and I can see as well as the original. They did a very professional job. Thank you.

Okay, it's a little complicated to perform all the actions required: hold a little card, take this picture, take that picture. But it worked. I sent Lensabl my old frames and they came back with progressive, transitional lenses that seem perfect. A lot cheaper than my local optical shop.

I bought from Lensabl a Bose Frame Tempo sunglasses and had the lenses changed to a prescription lenses. It took over a month to complete my order. When I received it, I was very much disappointed as the lenses did not fit properly to the sunglasses frame and are falling off the frame. I sent an email to Lensabl representative who is very helpful (named Jove) and asked if I can get a refund for the lenses. If you look at the picture below, the lenses on top are the original from Bose Frame Tempo sunglasses, and the bottom are the prescription lenses made by Lensabl. The inside notches in the picture are the ones that are supposed to keep the lenses in place. To be fair to Lensabl, this might be hard or challenging to make, but I see no reason why the glasses/prescription lenses should be sent to the customer with that poor quality workmanship.
Because Lenabl is the worst. It took over 2 months to get bifocals that would have taken a week or two at any local shop. When they screwed up the prescription even longer delay to fix. When I did get back the frames they failed to return the nice factory Bose case and charging cable. No refunds no matter how badly they screw up.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
