Lens.com is the best place to order contacts. They have the best prices, and the rebate is easy to get as long as you follow the system. I've never had an issue!
Shopping and delivery were great, especially getting a 90-day supply for the price of a 30-day supply from my doctor. The entire experience was great. My only snafu was when I inserted my first pair, the left contact lens was torn.FYI - I ordered once daily wear, so one torn contact is not earth-shattering. When inserting the left lens, I thought I detected a saline moisture ripple since it had just come out of the package. Once inserted, my eye immediately alerted to "DANGER". I removed it and found a quarter-inch tear. Low on time, settled on glasses for the day. Since I no longer wear contacts daily, I've not opened any of the other left lenses to check if it was a fluke, as I know they are fragile, and sometimes tears happen. SO - consider this a win interaction where the issue I experienced would not prevent me from ordering again. However, I plan to contact customer service IF more are torn, as Lens.com's supplier needs to be notified of an issue.

They sent the wrong boxes, apparently someone decided I didn't really want 2 boxes for just my right eye, but I did as only that eye script changed. They finally swapped the box, but now I am having trouble getting the rebate!

Uploaded my son's RX and ordered two different type of lens's. They sent an email and text saying they needed to verify the RX. I was frustrated at first but they did it so quickly. Received updates on my order. They were delivered quicker than the 5-7 days. Cost was comparable to using WM, but it was so much easier! I will definitely be using them for our next order!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
