I had trouble online ordering so went to the chat. I asked the person how much they were per box and was told 50 ish. Placed my order. When I got my receipt, they were 30ish per box, with "taxes and fees" added on. FEES? Yes, with the fees they were in the 50ish range per box, but WHO ADDS FEES TO CONTACTS? Taxes I understand. If your contacts are 50.00 they should be 50.00 on the receipt, not 30 and just undisclosed "fees". When I opened another chat, the rep was rude and said, "I told you they were 50 a box" and when I asked to cancel the order he wouldn't cancel, his tone changed and directed me to the process of cancelling. I just feel like it was a little shady, not up front pricing, I still don't know what the fees were for, and in the future I will deal with a company that is more straight forward.
They have a great selection of products at good prices 👍 only down fall is the back ground check they have to do of your prescription
Neither of the two sets of lenses I received fit properly. I will be unable to use them.

The customer service lady actually called my eye doctor while I was on phone to verify the brand for my eye contact prescription.
My package got delivered to the wrong house and they sent me the an other one and got here pretty fast no questions asked, will definitely buy from them again.

The price was great. The order details are lacking though. Didn't really know if the contacts were even going to show up. But they did and early than it showed.
I ordered and was refuse product due to prescription even though I used the same for my first delivery last year. When I asked for a refund the lynshipped the order. The contact was extremely annoying and unprofessional

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
