I have been ordering my contacts from Lens.Com for many years and they never fail. I wear hard contacts and not easy to find but this place has them always never have to wait like other places and the prices are unbeatable.
Ordering was simple enough. The process in gernal was pretty easy and simple. I found this website on my phone but switched to my laptop to orde(logined in as me, same account, and same cart and email) but on my laptop it was $87 compared to $37 when I pulled it up on my phone... Obs I switched back to my phone to place my order... Had 2 people try to figure out the difference so I know it wasn't just me. Strange flaw but the $37 Def was the best price airoptics with astigmatism... But besides that one issue everything else was great.

Very easy to get my contact lenses through Lens.com. They verified my prescription with my ophthalmologist and they keep track of my account and needs. Its like having a personal assistant keep track of your lenses!
Lens irritated my eyes and I could not focus well on the left. The next morning both eyes were crusted over with the right completely shut. I have not had this experience with past lenses
Order came in a very timely manner and loved how easy the online exam was, HOWEVER, NOT HAPPY WITH THE HIDDEN FEES that I did not see until AFTER I placed the order! After complaining in an e mail to the company, I was told that the charges were mentioned and even with them, they assure me that lens.com is the cheapest around. Well, if they were there, they didn't make them very noticeable. After this, I am not planning on ordering from lens.com again, even if they are cheaper, as I do not appreciate the hidden fees.

But one thing is that for the size of the package it certainly could go USPS for less that the $9 or $11 that was charged. Oh, and since you're asking, the dot on the lens does not last past 3 months, any way to make it stay longer? Thank you for asking and my experience overall is Yippie! I can see all sorts of details again, my eyes had changed more than expected. Thank you for your help with that.
Thank you for completing my order. You took care of the tedious task of obtaining my prescription to complete my order in the convenience of my home. I received my order within 4 days.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
