I have little issues regarding to process my order and had been communicated with customer service rep several times. They are very helpful and suggested to resolve issues to put my order. It was eventually process my order successfully and finally delivered my lens last week. As for the lens quality, one of my left lens seems not correcting my sight correctly, From this experience, I have to deduct one star from my review, otherwise I am satisfied with my order.
Reorder was easy but they made me re-upload my existing valid prescription again even though it was already on my account
This is my second time to order from Lens.com. Price is cheaper than other sites. Shipping could be a little quicker, however it was the shipping company that took longer not Lens.com.

Name brand contacts at the best price. If you call customer service, they answer right away and go above and beyond. I was having isome issues with the doctor sending my RX.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
