They say rebate but it's been months and they keep saying covid is why they are slow to get rebate out to me. Not sure this company is reputable. Feel like I got scammed. I can say the contacts were correct. That's about all. $80 more than going through Dr but rebate would have saved money.

I provided my px but was told Lens would contact my doctor to confirm. A later email again indicated the contact would be sent after they contacted my Doctor. Either my doctor was never contacted or lens didn't confirm the information I gave them with the information from my doctor cause I have the wrong contacts and have to wait until a supervisor approve an exchange.
I used there $120 rebate system to save $120.4 months later I still have not got it, They have an 8 step flow chart to tell you where you are in the process, My chart shows they have completed the 7th step over two months ago. Be aware, the have dragged my rebate along so I'm past the point where I can contest it on my Credit card. Very smart of them and a dirty trick.
I have had a good experience with Lens.com for over a year now but when I uploaded a new RX they sent me the wrong one and then I had to exchange the order. They handled it well and shipped out the correct RX right away. Hope it was just a fluke and doesn't happen again as everything else has been a positive experience.

This was my first time using online ordering for contacts. This was so easy and arrived quickly. Best of all was the savings ordering online versus ordering from the Eye Dr. office.
Price is high and I don't need 90 days at a time, but that is the minimum I can order. Would prefer a 30 day option.

I am not sure why you have the rebate process. Things take way too long and my guess is that you hope people will forget to submit for rebates which is why you can submit right away. Also once submitted rebates take way too long to be received. I have two pending for many weeks now and of course everyone is blaming COVID for the delays. We not just give good prices and stop the rebates.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
